Good Option if someone has a bad fall and does not want to get the Fairing back on (maybe because of cost)

P.S: This will certainly provide some exclusivity

                      • Some pages ago, one of us posted that he was from Honda Cars and had a friend in HMSI who tested the fuel efficiency of the CBR to be 37kmpl.
                        1. Just considering that P220 gives around the same mileage, CBR being heavier with more power, how is 37kmpl achievable on CBR?
                        2. In CBR's reviews in both US and UK, the mileage is found to be consistent around 27kmpl. So, with a drop of 1BHP on the Indian version, how would the mileage jump skywards by "10"kmpl??

So, my concern is how correct is 37kmpl?

Yes, with the mirrors on the headlight. They would rather be on the handle bar for this 'naked version'.

Honda CBR250R should be giving 37kmpl or more easy providing one goes easy on the speed/rpm. Even a Ninja 250R with two cylinders and more power gives 37-39 kmpl on highway provided you ride at 70-80kmph and no pillion.

That's interesting.. my friends ninja is only giving 22 or 24km/l
and what shivaprasad.ms says is right. even in most of the forums, CBR owners report the same.. if the bike was maintaning a constant 100 - 120km/h its giving 30 or 31 and the best was 33km/l and in city conditions its giving 22 or 26km/l (60 - 80km/h)..

update from Chennai... bikes reached Chennai yesterday and waiting for RTO approval for sales tag. and test ride and delivery should be available from 15th (Friday) or Max 18th Monday.
