When is the Blue and White colour schemed CBR 250 expected in India ? My guess is year-end.. Till then i'll hold my horse..

Can the single cylinder CBR 250 sniff the a** of CBR 250RR first of all?? Is it having any relation with the bike in India, apart from the brand Honda and the 250cc?? I don't have to Wiki to know the history of 250RR which is resting in peace. Did any of the fellow Indians got the old 250RR. Don't pretend, as if the bike here is 250RR. 27 bookings from Bangalore, 12 from Mumbai, 9 from Chennai, 7 from Kerala( cochin and Trivandrum!), 5 from Hyderabad and 4 from Pune and other miscellaneous cities. The heat is really on( down south!)
I would love to own an old Ninja 250 with two silencer which is having a better sound tone than the new one. he he!!

Its there on Ninja also boss, and if I am right, also on R15. It will be covered with a peice of rubber on Ninja, so if you can get hands on one of those rubber pieces, you can cover up the same in CBR also.Originally posted by tauseef View Post

Btw, my dealer is absconding I guess. Yesterday when I called them a number of times, they just cut my call. Guess they are irritated with my calling them and asking again and again about Honda... Time to call them from a different number!!!Comment

the -missing bolt- is probably the mounting bracket for the ABS unit which sits behind the engine.......sigpicComment

Guys chill out... Rightly said by Satyen "Give due credits to Honda" for bringing a good bike at a decent cost
2 cylinder/single cylinder, 26bhp/33bhp, kicking a** - all these things put it to rest. Why we need it?
Deliveries will begin soon and lets welcome the bike on the Indian roads. Good for all fellow bikers that we are seeing action in 250cc segment as well and choices are increasing.
Comparisions should be healthy and not trying to prove superiority. For years we struggled to get decent bikes, now time has arrived so lets enjoy it.Comment

The customers all over the world, as I found in some other forums, are also in the same state as we are in. They have been put in the heat of waiting with delivery targets being pushed everytime.
What I want to say is, there is simply huge demand for this bike and Honda is surely having nightmare delivering to this demand. Was not Honda prepared for this demand? Did they not expect this market response? Or did the Japan disaster have a role in this supply deficit?
Whatever it is, as stated in another forum, if Honda puts up its honest reason for the supply deficit to the public, we people are ready to sympathize and wait more forgivingly.Comment
