This is an AWESOME NewsOriginally posted by R-series View PostAlright guys, here's some news I've got. Got a call from the KTM showroom here in Delhi. i had registered and entry at their place stating I was interested in the Duke 390. They called me up today, confirmed if I was still interested, and said I can get the delivery by June only. They also stated since you interested in exchanging the Ninja, you can look forward to the Ninja 300 which can also be delivered by the same time though it would be around 4.20 L which the KTm is around 2.2L
. Now wouldn't that bring a smile on anyone's face?
So I'll visit them over the coming weekend and get more details and post here what's relevant

2.2 Lakhs for the KTM DUKE would be Great VFM at that price point.

Oh no it's not a direct exchangeOriginally posted by Dreamwalker987 View PostBajaj KTM exchanges Old Bike for new Ones?
they call in their dealer and he quotes the price. So if I accept, i'll give him the bike, he in trun will pay the amount to the showroom folks. My ninja is only 1 year old, so I'm sure it would save me some money exchanging it for the 390.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Read posts from just a few pages back!Originally posted by R-series View PostI didn't get any information about ABS version or not, but I will inquire about all that this Saturday. About whether it's only 1 model or variety of them.

May be not the right way to decide.Originally posted by riot View PostFrom what i have come to know there are 2 models. One with black alloys (without ABS) and one with orange alloys (ABS)..
Because, the 360 view of the KTM 390 in the KTM India page are with Black alloy's and with ABS.

But I think that model in the 360 degree view is not the ABS equipped version. I don't see any electrical wires going from the calipers to the body of the bike or some place. I was expecting them to be there for ABS version. Could be wrong though.Originally posted by ganesh_bbr View PostMay be not the right way to decide.

http://cdn.wemotor.my/blog/wp-conten...olution-05.jpgI was talking about the 360 degree view on the website, but the pic helped for sure. I hope they bring in ABS as standard for India as well.Originally posted by dishayu View PostActually, you can clearly see the ABS disc thingy.
Btw, noticed the pics above, where did the end bar weights go? and the orange frame, and the orange wheels. But this could be just for testing, so no point in coloring the same :PLast edited by R-series; 03-14-2013, 08:42 PM.Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.
