It depends upon what do you want out of the bike. Technical superiority on paper always need not reflect in a usability perspective. Despite better swingarm and better console etc it is also possible that it is less refined than G310R. May be a session of customers are looking for better engine refinement reliability build quality etc. Some are not always on the look for extra power which is seldom used to full capacity in Indian context. Point is, numbers and tech refernces on paper doesn't alwyas drive customer decisions. There are a group of customers who look for other factors beyond brand value also. It is too early to judge the usable technology on these machines which would actually drive better customer experience and write off a competitor.

And if we are talking about really intense change in technology i guess 310 has completely changed cylinder position and done something completely new in case of single cylinder bikes. Its believed this has major advantages in weight distribution and handinge. Also positive effect on air intake and exhaust management

Bike looks nice, features are excellent, fingers crossed for performance, I guess we might be able to know about reviews from Australia where bike will be launched before.
