i don't think there is so much to be exited about new Pulsar 180
this is just a ripped down version of Pulsar 200 .
After the launch of FZ-16 & R-15 , Bajaj wasn't able to sell the Pusar 220's & 200's so it took the parts remaining of 200 & 220 got them fitted in the Pulsar 180. And also made a new website to make people exited.
Thats it :-
Here Comes the new Pulsar 180 UG-IV

and your statement is based on what? why so strong emotions against this bike. it's fun and vfm. though it's not a comparo here and competition is always good. but, fz-16 and r-15 are good bikes doesn't make UGIV 180 a worse bike. why burn effigies? go see one, touch one.Originally posted by rajasthan_royals View Posti don't think there is so much to be exited about new Pulsar 180

what's special in new pulsar 180 that we had not seen in P 220 & 200.Originally posted by Purja View Postand your statement is based on what? why so strong emotions against this bike. it's fun and vfm. though it's not a comparo here and competition is always good. but, fz-16 and r-15 are good bikes doesn't make UGIV 180 a worse bike. why burn effigies? go see one, touch one.
I have no probs with the pulsar 180 ug-iv but there nothing ground breaking .
I would have been ground breaking if it had been launched as UG-III few years back .

that's why you saying my views crap or brand opposing.
And what happened to the owners of Pulsar 200 they don't suffer any loss and the resale value will not go down for them drastically.

Yeah, P180 has many parts from the P200. In what way is that bad? Performance has improved. Handling has improved. Refinement has improved. Engine has been tweaked. Power has increased. Its total VFM now. What is special is that better features are available at the same price. Got it?Originally posted by rajasthan_royals View Postsince you don't have the answer to the question " what new in the Pulsar 180 UG-IV that hasn't been copied from other Pulsar's "

And what are you trying to prove with that silly pic?
If you ask me, even I will say that your views are crap and you are brand opposing. Tell me, have you ridden the new P180 to form such strong opinions?Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

Trust me guys..... I took the test ride of the new Pulsars over this weekend.... and we should appreciate the effort from Bajaj that has gone into these new versions.....
These new machines have become a lot meaner and fun and very much refined. In today's date, if Bajaj's engine is not better than Honda's engine, then I would say it's at par to Honda.... the new engines are that smooth..... and you got to feel the torque!!
