heya Xbhp-ians!
I got my monster today..

I'm damn happy..
got it done with teflon coat..
all i could say is, AWESOME!

guess what??
i was the owner of Fz..
i drove it for a couple of months(8-9)..
the similarities coincided!
I took my beast(p220) home,
trust me, i was spell bound..
NO VIBRATIONS! (under 60kmph, i didn cross 52kmph)
Handling is almost equal to Fz..
butter smooth gears..
i didn cross 52kmph though..
whole distance was 42kms, it was rainin and there was huge traffic..
but still, i could be able to penetrate so easily, so easily, don ask..
will post some more pics in few hours..




NOTE: I Wont speak anything about power till i complete 1000kms..

will offer prayers ta god as soon as possible..
and go for a long ride..

and guess what just now cald up PBK and they told me that the RTO aproval should be cming today by 730..and if it comes then i would be geting it by tomorow on TC number...but lets see how true is that

guys....i am a little confused.....the handling of the 220 is so awesome....my doubt is...have i improved my handling abilities from riding the fz or the 220 is frickin awesome???

no bike will come close to handling of fz bcoz it is the lightest power bike (136 kgs vs 155kgs of 220)& has mono shocks ,you feel that way bcoz 220 is very heavy & gives more planted feel ,

i totally agree with you dude.handling of FZ is really awesome, no bike can be compared to its handling, the feel that u get while riding fz is some thing great that we don't find it in other bikes , mono shock , the biggest front fork & broader rear tyre does a fair job to it.

PBK, Pune told me they provide home delivery of the bike. Is Home Delivery option not available in your city ?

I got a call from PBK, pune to make the complete payment for the P220 as they are expecting to get the RTO approval in a day or two. So I went there and made the full payment. I should be getting bike Home Delivered Tuesday/Wednesday next week.

You sure about the RTO approval? B'cos i am starving... for the power...

P220 Bookin

HI Guys

I called up chennai PBK to book a P220 tomorrow .. to my shock there is no stock currently ... if i book tomorrow the bike will be delivered within a max time of 15 days it seems ... i am really worried cuz many in chennai got their bike in 5 days .. i will be bookin it tomorrow or the next day ... really worried about that 15 days .. gonna book a black beast :-) . i pray god that i should get it early as possible cuz i cant wait so long ... this week fully i didnt sleep properly only p220 is in my dreams ... dunno how to spend the rest of the days ... here in chennai the on road price 79,595/-

Good and Bad

I got a call from Kiviraj today stating that they have finally got the road tax details and stuff and the final price for the bike in Bangalore is Rs.80,651.

Pretty cheap actually. I was expecting something like 82-84k. So finally its about 14k cheaper than its FI cousin.

Sadly they say that the RTO approvals have not yet completed, which i doubt again since they have road tax details and stuff or they are desperate for some sales and are ready to take chances on the final price or at the worst they have paid road tax for a few bikes and will be going in for the RTO approval tomorrow.

And today the official booking numbers have gone up to 120, my figure stays at 30 and i think atleast 5-10 people have done some part payment to get preference. out of which i guess only 2-3 will be silver. I have completed the loan approval and stuff and will pay the down payment as soon as he signals that the RTO approval is over and he has started delivering bikes.

He says that it might at the max take about 15 days from the approval date to deliver the bike. Hope i dont have to wait all the 15 days.


I also want to safe gaurd myself from getting the test ride bike which is also Silver. I am thinking of driving down to Kiviraj in about a day or two get the chassis number of the test bike.

Home Delivery is not done bydriving the bike to clients home, Its done in asmall truck. But before delivery checking the bike is a better option.

don't take home delivery guys...jus go and check out if any scratches or electrical components or wiring damaged or not.....again it will be a big ass problem if its damaged and the pbk manager refuses to giv another bike
