    Hey Guys,
    I booked my green ninja on 22nd oct at kanjurmarg pbk.It was the third booking from that showroom.So just wanted to know if ne1 else has booked from kanjurmarg pbk and wats the waiting period...I was given waiting time of 3-4 months...

      Well they are right if u booked it on 22nd oct it will take max 90 days as according to the agreement you must have signed.... but don't loose hope a lot of ppl get sick of waiting and cancel it so you might get it early. I booked it on the the day booking started in Mumbai i.e on 10 oct and was 3rd in Mumbai to do the booking... but am still waiting for delivery... hopefully I'll get it this week..
      And dude which colour ?

        The showroom guys at kanjurmarg pbk said we were 3rd customer to book from that showroom not 3rd in mumbai.Even got a message saying that my quotation id is 000003.I've booked the green 1.From where have u booked urs?

          I booked it from Kanjurmarg itself, up till 17th Oct only Kajurmarg probiking accepted Ninja bookings in Mumbai. Now you can even book in Vashi Probiking.

            They give a waiting period of 3-4 months to everyone who has booked from any showroom after about October 15th 2009. The lead time probably means 'upto' 3 or 4 months.

              I booked green on 12th Oct from kanjurmarg PBK & my no is 14th (in Mumbai) how could they told u that your 3rd person to book & my waiting period is 45 day's,Last Friday i went there & check with them regarding deliveries the guy name shekhar at PBK told me only 3 deliveries has been done & then the lady come & i asked same question to her & she reply only 2 bikes has delivered & i will get my bike as they prommise in 45 days (arround 25th Nov) i look at his face (shekhar) & started laughing

              When i Booked mine out of 14 only 6 are green so may be whoever book green can get delivery little early

                    First they tell me you will get it in first lot then they say sorry sir we have only one bike thts been dispatched and its going to be delivered to a guy MH01.... Can't understand who to trust ?

                      Someone from mumbai Xbhp member booked on very first day when booking start if he is not the one who took delivery then may be what i heard is true one guy paid extra 25000 or 30000k on onraod price & get the instant delivery this pbk own by sreeram bajaj & they well known for this kind of stuff

                      @BANDHAV can you explain this ? is it possible ? by paying extra money you get a quick delivery

                        Unfortunately yes.
                        BUt this wont be possible from the Probiking outlets, there are quite a few people who get the bikes early from influential Dealers by paying a premium. Same was the case with the P200 and P220 during the initial months of launch.
                        Mumbai Roads = (NO parking + Pay and Parks) - (really really bad roads with pot holes)

                        The road tax I pay funds the people who tow away my vehicle, the money I pay the RTO to release my vehicle funds new no-parking boards!!!!

                        Some body needs to be terminated!!!!!!

                          @Ashutosh, i booked mine on the 15th of oct. I called the pbk this morning and they told me they will deliver mine somewhere around the last week of December. This news pissed me real bad man.......i will have a bad day today.

                            This is deep... If they take extra money thts inhuman , (sparing the bad language) I asked these people do you people take extra money.... they said we cannot our jobs are on the line and we are paid a high salary so we do not accept such bribes.... Now if what you say its true then Bajaj has degraded and faith in Bajaj should be thrown out of the window

                              Sorry to hear that you were expecting it too early and have got this probably as a shock. However, from your date, it appears to me that your bike is supposed to be in 3rd lot and hence he has given you December end as the time limit.

                              Any cancellations or changes in the meantime might expedite the delivery for you but you must not be keeping this point in mind so as to avoid anxiety or bad feeling.

                                Even if this kind of practice is in place, its upto the customers to prevent themselves from going that far in over excitement and ending up paying 25k or whatever money extra.

                                It is good and worth to pay more money for machinary or accessories but paying extra money for early delivery encourages this. Such things have happened in the past too in case of many vehicles.
