I am now readying my motorcycle leathers and boots for the Ninja 250R - will now finally be able to ride something in India which actually goes at 150 kmph...
But I went to Bangalore pro-biking showroom today and the guy there said it will be Delhi and Pune first which will get it first, the other cities come later!

I was thinking about shipping my ninja 250R to india when I get back. Now it is not required since it will be available through bajaj.
My suggestions to wannable ninja owners:
- Get green color. that the best!
- You can easily chop off the 'tail' the rear plastic mudguard, below the number plate. In my opinion it looks better.
- It does not have any "high tech" stuff like digital tacho, fuel injection, dtsi, hid lamps. But the engine alone is worth it.

It does have Fuel Injection here! You must be from the US and that's why you think it doesn't.Originally posted by jjstryker222 View PostI was thinking about shipping my ninja 250R to india when I get back. Now it is not required since it will be available through bajaj.

The American Ninja's are carburetted to keep cost low. India is getting the EU spec one with FI.
