@niranjanvaidya, @drsureshmohan, @Hyperion, @nitrosatya , @djay99. Please do share the pointers that I need to keep in mind since you guys have first hand experience of owning this machine.
Is there anything specific you are looking for as advice? I have had zero issues so far. Its been a wonderful, special experience.

Filling her up with 91 RON, if it is going to give lesser performance, without affecting the components, I can live with it for a while. I guess @Hyperion or @djay99 can sum it up, since either of them is using the 91 RON.
I only use 91 RON (mostly shell). I havent had a chance to compare performance with a RON95 since its not available in Pune. Having said that, I havent had any issues with rideability or experienced knocking. The bike manages heat much better than my D200.

There is nothing special to take care at the delivery. Just the fuel maybe. It is funny riding this bike. I can enjoy huge dollops of torque in the city. With the four cylinder symphonic orchestra. All in the lower range. And on weekends Hyperion and I pass each other clocking 200 kmph on the highway
I will prepare a writeup on this weekend.

I am waiting to see the TNT899 in flesh and decide. Only factor is the ABS and Sweet music of i-4, making me think and go for Z800.

ABS is huge with these kind of figures in our conditions IMO.
Have heard that the 899 is nowhere near the finish that the Z or the Striple is. Music of the inline 3 would probably be even more of a harmony.
Break you head and Choose well !

Man, why do you want to add more to the concussion. I never heard a 3-cylinder sound before. I was leaning more towards the Z, but the pricing of 899 is also a factor to note, Heard it will in bracket of 10L+, which is a big NO for me. My 16 year dream is to own a I-4, so I probably wont move out of it

Oh Yes ! Go through what I did a few months earlier 3cyls are magic for ears especially with that exhaust pipe under the seat.
I hear 899 will be priced at around 8 OTR. Corse Stripe produces eargasm as well ! Air cooled might be the only problem there for our conditions.
                      Cheers on choosing

Firstly Street Triple doesn't have under-seat exhaust but Speed Triple has under-seat.

I am putting up my opinion below which might help !!

3 cylinder sounds good but Z800 sounds better IMO (Comparing stock to stock). Test ride bike of Street Triple has Arrow Slip-on but test ride bike of Z800 is stock ! Obviously huge difference.

Seating comfort of Street Triple is better, Z800 seats are hard rock ! You can get gel seats.

Street Triple has low ground clearance, with pillion you will easily scrape speed breakers. But with Z800's 150mm GC, you can tackle almost any speed breaker without scrapping.

Now the most important key which was the decisioning factor, Z800 price being 8.9L on road Bangalore and Street Triple priced a little above 9.5L . In that difference amount I can at-least get an Akrapovic

Not the streetie mate. I mean the 899 priced at 8 lac. I guess it was not clear there. The 899 sounds like nothing else imo.

I tested the stock exhaust streetie as well as the arrow one. The stock one sounds brilliant over 4K rpm too. Below that it irritated me.

Yes, Streetie is very european. Small, curvy and great and the Z800 is beefy, edgy and great.
