    Folks who are looking for upgrade, just buy this piece of tyre. Amazing.

      I am on the verge of booking the CBR very soon. The only thing which is stopping me from going ahead is the 2017 model. There is no confirmation from the Delhi dealer regarding the same. Did the dealer in bangalore specify any month when the new updated CBR would be launched ? i would be glad if you could provide me with the details as i have already put my current motorcycle on sale.

        As per Bangalore dealer the updated version should be launched by June\July time frame. I will let you know if i hear any further news regarding the launch.

          I have asked the same question to the Mumbai dealer but they have no clue about it. Probably because they might want to first sell the available stock.

            Yup, got the same answer. Around July this year.
            He also said the launch is intentionally delayed to clear the existing stock first.

                I liked the LED lights and the concept of a better sounding exhaust, I just couldn't resist the wait. Booked mine today (current version )

                  For me, the wait is mainly for the changed gear ratios. I just hope that it comes soon. Enjoy mate

                        Did Honda offer you a 5 year extended warranty on the 650?

                        What is the average tank range?

                        Long term, is the CBR650 a keeper? Are there any annoying niggles any of you face that makes you want to sell it?

                          For me, they didn't offer the extended warranty themselves. I got to know about it here. When I checked with them, they said Yes and gave me the details.
                          Although keep in mind, in case you are going for an exhaust upgrade or something, you might have challenges with extended warranty.

                          Average tank range is around 250-280 KMs

                          Well, it depends on you as to what you expect from a motorcycle.
                          No niggles so far. The only niggle that people have pointed out is the vibrations and with time they do improve a lot and you tend to notice it much lesser as you get used to it.

                                The OTR of the current model was around 8 in Delhi.
                                Yes, they had a nearly 75K discount for the 2016 stock.
