My bike is fully restored but since i wasnt geting any engine parts i had given up on doing up the engine and went out n did the rest of the job, suddenly my trusty friend and mech calls me and tell me that a blocks available.

So yes wat u think is rite, the engine work will now begin post restoration, i dont really care of the reverse process, just happy to see the block in my hands. BUT GUYS I SERIOUSLLY NEED HELP FINDING A PISTON< STANDARD ORIGINAL.

Al post pics of the block in the next post, and the of the bike in in another 2 days. Great to be back and will write a full length review on the shaolin once she gets back to singing.

With work i havent found much time to even wash my shaolin, however i have made up my mind that tomrrow i will wash her, before work or atleast wen i get back, works so hectic, i end up working on my off as well. . .

So pics of the Rebuilt lin will b up ina day or 2's time,

I appoligize once agai for the extended hibernation of this thread.

The above pics are wen all the cycle parts returned from paint and a collection of new parts that i had bought

Bear in Mind theres is still alot of work left on her, like chain sprokect, obviously as i mentioned engine work (entire Rebuild WAITING FOR PISTON ONLY) needs a battery, chain cover and leg guard still at paint guys shop. And those retro suzuki rear view mirrors

ANy help? with the mirrors and piston?

No one can diminsh the love i have for bikes and in particular clasics and the bullets. . .

Thanx man, my friends here too told me ur hitting ur own legs with an axe dont buy it, wen i went to tear her down to re build her they told me ull never get some body parts. When i realised the engine was way below par and very unreliable they told haaa told u naa ull never get engine parts. but slowly im winning this war, i mite loose many battles on the way but its all worth it in the end
