Made it. Its the first chamber i put my hands on and made it. Hoping few mods to come up as i keep on building further and as you suggested regarding the end can..what should i do??
I was kinda hoping to go in for a proton chamber for 5speed, prior building this but financial restrictions kept me on backfoot. Ill buy a DTW or a Proton soon to see in actual what those chambers are like. This chambers runs pretty nice but it being over noisy is making me think over.

Bike is stock. And ill try uploading a video if possible. Its sounds fairly loud. And then its a 5speed. Bigger ports tend to produce more noise i guess. And also powerband located at high rpms youve gotto pul the 5speed at high rpms and it sounds a lot at high rpms.

Good Job there Ankit Me too wanted to buy Proton. I read lot of reviews about it.Most of them preferred Custom made chamber only. So i have opted for a custom made one. But this is Pretty expensive too. Please share your experience if at all you are making any changes to this set up.

Its the first chamber i made. The bent pipe is a little distorted its needs to be rectified and then the end can section and all...changes will come up regularly as the built of chamber improves.
As per the proton i guess theyre fine. Ill go for one soon. DTW is a awesome chamber for 5speed too (a little costly though). Custom made are fine too. But youll have to switch between several of custom made ones to see which suits yout riding style.

next time while making the bend tube cut shorter sections they will be a pain to get right but will provide much smoother gas flow and appearence as for the end can go for abcylindrical section one of say 2.5-3 inch dia

From where is the leakage? Gel all oil seals, gaskets, o ring replaced & the pump serviced. The mentioned procudre should solve your problem.

Who says that leaking pump can't be fixed , 2t pump has got two small oil seals you have to change them and for changing them whole of the pump has to be dismantled, both of these oil seals shouldn't cost more than 100/- rs, just get these small seals changed and your pump will become new again.

I was also thinking of putting up rpm set on rx100, but the mechanic told me the worm gear kit and seals are not available anymore hence tacho can't be installed as oil will kept leaking from the chamber.Secondly some of the rxs which i have seen with tachometers were having there tacvho needles fluttering and not stable.

Well i have seen the indian rxz tachos which indicates a redline @7000rpm,but malaysians rxz reds at 9500rpm. And in the spec sheet of the rx100 it says 11bhp@7500rpm so the red would be close to 9000rpm.. right..? plz help

Tacho is stable if its new. Look in non svc spare shops. You can find a kit I think.

On tacho the indian rx goes up to 9500 rpm. But you wont find it very useful beyond 7.5.

The malaysian rxz is derived from rd125 and is not an rx per say. It makes 19-21bhp depending on the model.

If u do, make sure the tacho drive gear is black, not white. The white one is for rxg bell.
