    Early rxz had a rxg engine. Later was changed to a 135 one.

    Lathe guy can easily make the hole. Just make sure u put 2 sleeves for the driven gear. Or else it will eat through the case.

      For putting 2 sleeves he has to make bigger hole and does these sleeves are with lathe guys or i have to get him these sleeves and how do they fix these sleeves, i am asking these things as if the lathe man dosen't work accordingly i can correct him.

        U have to make two holes, where the driven shaft like gear sits. The ledh guy can make two small sleeves n fix em.

          Hmm ok now first task is to find the seals and drive gear and after that a good lathe shop who can do this job, is there any other thing i need to know or any other part which is required for this tacho installation.

            You get the whole set, it includes the plastic drive gear, the driven gear, the drive gear shaft, spacer, washers, oil seal.

                As you said once i rode my bike for around 200KM. The chamber sounds nice.and i love the power delivery.

                Is it true modifying the bike with Expansion chamber is illegal and if Police caught they will put heavy fine.I was not aware of all these things. My chamber does not make sound of even modified muffler of stock silencer produces. is it still not legal?

                  yep as per the law it is illegal to use chambers , but its not that strictly enforced unless it is LOUD , however you are in Bangalore so best avoid cops

                      Ok..Thankfully its not loud. I will be careful with cops. Here they wont stop us unless you jumped the signal, Not wearing helmet,Drink and drive (late nights).Even if they caught wil they put fine or any other actions?

                        ideally they have the right to confiscate your vehicle , but in most cases you will be let off with a warning or a fine

                            Yamaha RX 100.low pickup

                            Hi. I had recently ben to matheran on my 91 model RX 100, As the neral ghat section started the bike took geart effort in climbing.When shifted in first gear it climed ,On many turns my friend ridding along with had to get down .At one incline the engine refuse to fire up had to wait for 15 minutes engine to cool down.performance was a big let doen.Four stokes bike like passion climed eith ease.Expert s reply , soln for the problem is reqd.I stay in bhiwandi.near thane cityThanking in advanceNehal NachanM

                                Can be because of Worn out clutch plates. Or Piston Out. Check crank also. If not these two your bike must be tuned totally lean to get maximum mileage.
