    2. Have you verified it? What was the teeth count?
    3. Around 110 kmph
2)It has 71 teeth ( it hv some play between gear & clutch basket)
Another question :i didnt change my front sprocket only change rear sprocket(34t) & chain set i forgot order front sprocket (ordered from indiaspares)

Usually chain sprocket kit comes with front/rear/sprockets, nuts, bolts and washer with chain and chain joint. I think you must have purchased each piece separately. Put 16t sprocket on the front. Whats the current teeth count on front sprocket? If its 15t, installing this 16 will give a little more top end.

Also check the carbeurator tuning. Maybe the mechanic must have made the fuel mix little richer for the running in period. Tune it properly.

3.00x18 fits without any issues (with original steel mud guard or the plastic one from YBX)

2.50x18 or 2.75x18 is Ideal for RX. Anything beyond that will be overkill.

As boss mentioned, you can go up to 3.00. But its not required as RX is a light bike and riding comfort will also change. If you are going with 17" your speedo reading will have a slight difference.

What I'm saying is to decrease the rim size and put a slightly wider tyre....
Keeping the size of the whole assembly same as before but put a little bigger tyre to make the ride more comfortable.....

Hello guys. Im planning to rebuild an Rxz which I will take from scrapyard and I will reincarnate it. Is it a good idea? Or I can just buy an owned Rxz and rebuild it?

can i use my rear tyre (3.00-18) as my front tyre?
                          it is ceat grip model.
any problems in using grip tyre instead of line thread for front application???

Any specific reason to go for rear pattern in front? IMO a regular (Front pattern) 2.75x18 is more than sufficient.
To answer your question, Yes it is possible. there are people using the same in RX, but I couldn't comment on the advantages.

You didnt mentioned about the pistion oversize currently running. You can go up to 2 mm oversize before going for a sleeve.
