    300 INR monthly penalty is valid from Dec'16 only.
    So the calculation goes like this (for the above case)
    Penalty from 2006~2016 Dec : Remains same as previous fee (100 or 150, I couldn't recall)
    2016 Dec ~ 2017 Feb : 3 x 300

    Plus the green tax and fee.

    Can someone kindly confirm this?

      My green tax period was till Feb 16.....but my registration was valid till Oct 16.....I took the bike to the rto in Jan 17....
      In Jan I had to pay penalty according to revised rates for Feb-16 to Jan-17 period..for green tax and from Oct-16 to Jan-17 for registration.... Also the bike was in previous owner's name..hadn't transferred it to my name for a period of 10 months... Had to pay 300 rs monthly fine which came to around 3000
      So I think you might have to pay as per revised rates.....still confirm from tye rto...don't rely on an agent....

          So are you saying that I have to pay around 50000 just for the RTO?

          The mods for my bike are itself only 25000-30000.

          Pls suggest another method (some shortcut method) to bypass these fines

            I'm not sure if the penalty is same for the period before the revision of rates....but if these are the rates then better scrap the bike after removing all the mods,hunt for a new bike and apply all those mods to the new bike

              My bike cannot be found anywhere and even if it is found, its hell of a rate.
              And more over I need only my bike as it's my dad's.
              It's a 1991 wine red kbajaj KB 100 rtz delta super tuned.

                      it means that you have to pay 100/-per month til nov 2016 and 300 per month from 2016 dec as fine ,

                              Well bro i have recently changed the rear tire of my bike to 3.x18 from the previous 2.75x18, and i am planning to change the front tyre from 2.5 current to 2.75x18 as both of these tyres are more high than the previous ones, my bikes both tyres will touch the ground when i use centre stand so to get a little bit more height, i am thinking of using a little bit higher stand, so i came to know that 5speed stand is little bit higher than that of Rx-100 stand, i dont whether iam right on this part or not. Can i use any other bikes stand also which is little bit higher.

                                No need to install new stand ...visit local welder they can solve yr problem in 50 rs
