    I am not sure about Cat silencers as I never used one. And not planning to use one as it adds almost 13kg extra to the bike and no big advantages compared to Chrome.

    2.The mufler might have modified inside the silencer. Try to procure a stock mufler and check.

    3. Check DIY section. Someone explained the process there.

      hey, i would like to have a bigger headlight for my rx100
      i have heard yezdi's is a direct fit ! (also RD350) which one is better and the rates ?
      any suggestions ?

        using hero Honda cd deluxe headlight. its bit better than original one.

          Yezdi / RD350 replica HL are available for as low as 400 INR. If you are interested on these, get the basket painted properly. Cheap replicas come with poor painting and tend to start rusting sooner. If possible switch to better reflectors as well (Ambassador reflector is direct fit)
          As suggested by poerShift, you may also consider Hero CD headlamp. That should cost you around 530INR (without bulb & holder, add another 150 INR for both)

          +1 I'm using the same.
          Better beam spread in low beam and longer throw in high beam.

          PS : Check my RX135 thread for snaps with bigger HL. I will post the snap of my other RXs with Yezdi & Hero CD HL by tomorrow.

            As Boss mentioned There are so many after market headlights available. But the reflector wont be good. Buy Autopal/Lumax reflector. I felt Autopal is the best. Go for 7" reflectors and doom. Good light throw and it looks sexy on RX. I am using one from past 10 years on my 135.Reflectors are as good as new till now. I dont have option for my RXZ as its with mask and rectangular shape, otherwise I prefer the same setup on my RXZ also. The chrome coating or the painting on these dooms are not good, So get it painted to last longer.

                    If i change my 135 5s carburetor with 4s carburetor , will i get any difference in mileage or power.

                      Both are different. 4S carb is suitable for 4S block which has slight port difference with 5S block and to adjust with the gear ratios. 5S carb is having a small jet for better mileage than 4S. If you put 4S carb in your 5S , bike will run rich. you have to adjust the carb for 5S block. There will be a slight mileage drop.

                          They are fundamentally different parts. U can not convert one to the other.

                              Venturi is different. Rx100 has a vm20 n 135 is vm22

                                Carb might work as we have been already doing upjetting and downjetting using different jets.But as Bibhu told other than main and pilot jet there are some other parts which are different. the calculations of the carb will go wrong. If you want to run an 135 using 100 carb you can do that by changing settings. But still it will be slightly lean.
