        This is a non original Chinese cylinder kit, plus I would recommend against going for a bike without papers, however tempting it might be. Its as good as buying a stolen bike. One police case could land you in jail. Sincere advise stay away.

          Hi mate, i won't be going for the bike as a whole but me and my friend are planning to buy this together. As it doesn't have any papers, we were planning to buy it just for parts. If we do buy it, i will keep the engine and the frame and rest all will go to my friend. I'll just be keeping the intact parts like crank, gears, head etc. Thank you buddy!

            Except the engine & frame others worth nothing more than scrap (especially for a restoration project) IMO. Brand new stuff makes more sense than tinkering, painting / platting those piece of rust.
            PS: Preserving the frame and engine without papers is more risky than utilizing the other parts.

                Hey guys,
                I have some kind of rattling sound from the engine(91 RX100) piston slap? This is only audible when the bike is idling. One of the mech said its the crank sound so connecting rod and bearings need to be changed, and another said its bore sound and as the bike was not in use for 5 years, it will go away with use. If it is piston slap i only need to change the piston and rings.. so which of these is correct? I'm stuck with what to do further.. please guide me.. here is the sound..

                        You need to replace the top end bearing, this can be done by removing the cylinder, you can check the play during the bearing replacement, if its within the specified limit you do not need a crank rebuild, else you might hav3 to go for a complete crank rebuild.

                                1)Any difference between 4speed and 5speed Catalytic Silencer.?

                                2)How to get back the normal smooth sound of cat ? mine is opened.

                                3)How to clean Cat Silencer other than opening,i mean any chemical method?
