If you want a complete conversion you need everything except for the engine centre case, better to buy a whole engine, but prices are close to 30-35k these days for a good engine, let me know if you need any help sourcing an engine. you can drop me a PM and I can guide you. However you should be prepared financially before you decide for the whole conversion.
I have heard about a conversion kit .
    3rd 4th 5th gear wheel
    main axle assembly
    shift cam assembly
I have came across an article claiming that only these parts are required for the conversion .
what i want is to get a little bit stress out of engine on high ends. to feel more relaxed .
and also heard that the 5th gear can slightly improve the mileage.
is this true ?? if so can someone source me the above mentioned parts

The 5 speed was never designed for mileage, it was designed for more power. if you run the 5 speed gear assembly you might not get a better millage. yes for the 5 speed conversion only 3 things are required, the 4th and 5th wheel, main axel and the shift cam assembly, finding a OEM system is a big task and these kits do demand a huge amount of money. The ones available these days are fake Delhi stuff, it better to go for a used complete gearbox assembly than go for a new Delhi based kit.

sorry to ask this question here on the yamaha thread, but I didn't find any other place to ask this question. can I use the Yamalube Oil for my Suzuki MAX100R?. It is mentioned in yamaha-motor-india website. Is it available?. It has been mentioned on the back side of the pack that it can be used on RX100, RX135 and other 2-stroke bikes.

thanks. i'll look for that oil pack and if its available, i'll buy 2 packs ( one for future use ) and post my update with pics here once i've bought it. Also this is the first time I'm going to change the engine oil myself. All I know is to warm up the bike for 2-3 minutes and then drain the oil using the drain bolt on the underside of the crankcase and then fill the new oil. Is this ok?. Is there anything else I need to do?. please tell.

kindly tell me the part number of the cylinder body ( bore ) of both your bikes( 4-Speed and 5-Speed ). I'm looking forward to buying the RX135 4-Speed piston-cylinder kit if its available. Many fake kits are available without the part number. but I want to get the original kit.

I can't tell for sure, but I don't think the crankcase assembly ( center case ) are the same for RX135 4-Speed and 5-Speed.

                    I believe this helps you:-

                    7. I have a RX135 5-Speed, can i use a 4-speed bore (4TL00) in it & have similar performance?

Ans:Depending on the availability, yes. A 4-speed bore will give you more torque & excellent city ride with low end grunt. It will also return more FE. Replacing the cylinder kit should do the job & correct tuning. As an option carburettor assembly can also be used of a 4-speed.

Answering second part very specifically, a 4-speed bore & 5-speed bore can never have similar performance even if the BHP levels are the same. Both were designed with a different intent.

A 4-speed bore is rated at 12BHP at crank & the 5-Speed at 14BHP at crank. You will need to modify the 4-speed cylinder by porting the exhaust to bring it upto 14BHP. This is what is stage 1 porting in case of 4TL00 kits. The top-speeds will be the same as a 4TL10 kit, but a ported 4TL00 kit will get there faster. It is the inherent characteristic of the cylinder that makes it produce more starting torque. This is the reason 4TL00 kits are more preferred in Drag racing, where not only the top speed is important, but hitting that top speed within 400Mts is of more importance.

yes you can make the swap without any issues (if you are changing the entire engine )

my 4 speed cylinder part No: 4TL00, E-3. it is running on 2nd over size I.e, 0.50 piston size, have to resize to 0.75 size. 5 speed was 4TL01 both are original and giving thunder like output. my 4 speed will clocking 115 KMPH with stock condition. with descent mileage. but i don't sell my 4 speed block separately.

That is not the legal way to do, and definitely not worth discussing here on an online forum. Just my 2 cents.

Rdd doesnt work well on the 100. It needs a 12v system.
