Yamaha RX 100 Workshop Manual

i think i posted the same thing at the same place some time back ,btw got the parts catalogue for rx100 and 135 with me any body want that

Sriram, the RX135 4-Speed, 5-Speed & RX-Z all share the same clutch assembly units (RX-G had a different one). Infact here are some items which are common to these 3 bikes:

1. Clutch bell assembly (Includes the plates as well, they have no change w.r.t number of gears) with Primary drive & 2-T oil cog (Plastic wheel).
2. Oil Pump (Only latest RX135 4-Speed with round speedometer design has a different oil pump)
3. Crank Shaft assembly
4. Engine Bearings
5. Spark Plugs

As far as the Engine is concerned, both RX135 5-Speed & RX-Z 5-Speed share the same setup just like it is for RX135 4-Speed & RX-Z 4-Speed.

I had gone through the post where you had given spec of each RX variants earlier. However, When JD asked RXZ 5 speed clutch and pressure plates specifically thought I'm missing something. Thanks Karthik for the clarification.

Where can I get this in Hyderabad/Bangalore? No stock in showrooms in Hyd atleast&he doesn't wanna settle for a local one. Please help!

Small Update...

Small update on RX parts:

1. RX135/RX-Z/RXG Reed Valve Assembly
2. RXZ/RX135 Speedometer (4-gear marking)
3. RXZ Tachometer + Center Panel
4. NGK Iridium Spark Plug for RX135/RX-Z

Phew! Finally...
I am getting an entirely new engine for the junk'd RX I got myself.

Shall arrive in 15-20 days.

What color scheme would you guys recommend? I am swinging between blue and silver.

What mirrors would look appropriate?

I am putting a disc-brake too, hope the ones on Gladiator would be a fit along with its shock absorbers.

Used 5-Speed Bore kit (4TL10)

After some serious & head breaking search for nearly 3 months, finally i was able to source a couple of Bore kits for RX135 5-Speed (4TL10) and these are for sale:

1. STD size '4TL10' RX135 5-Speed Bore kit with original '4Y201' ART piston. The bore has run around 15,000Kms (I know this, because it was in my cousin's friends bike), it is absoultely in stock condition, i.e; No port job, no sleeve job, no rebore job.
2. 2nd O/S (0.5mm) '4TL10' RX135 5-Speed Bore kit with original new '4Y201' ART piston. This has been rebored, & currently kept as a show piece. It hasn't run even a single Km after rebore to 2nd O/S. Even this bore is absolutely stock.

I had some job in Mangalore & there is when i met my cousin's friend, who btw is out of India most of the times. And that is how i was able to get hold of this bore kit (the 1st one). Attached are some snaps of the 1st bore kit. The satisfaction i got when i held it in my hand was just unbelievable. Anybody wanting these can contact me. Details can be found in the link below:
