    will appreciate your help
Basically, the cat con is more like a use and throw thing. The catalyst inside gets saturated and eventually becomes ineffective. You have two options left, 1. get a new cat con. 2. cut open and clean all the gunk as much as possible. Cleaning it like new wont be possible.

imo why don't you put brand new or used chrome silencer,it will be easy to clean.it will give perfect firing sound and stock perfect look.

yes you should do a brass sleeve and re thread it at a lathe.also make a custom o ring and fix the main jet. afterwards do'nt remove it, clean it with carb spray & air only

                    • I've been buying parts for having disc brake set up on my RX135. Have already procured hub and spokes in 2010. Due to multiple and all form of challenge had put the disc set up in back burner.

Today happened to visit YASS and thought would buy disc plate or caliper set. To my surprise, they showed me black caliper set which had Bybre on it tagged Rs. 1700 approx. When asked about the copper/golder color caliper set, he said, KBX used to come earlier but Bybre is what we get these days and pads are of KBX I've never heard Bybre on Gladiator atleast last known in 2010.
I exited without making purchase thought it is better to check with others in the forum of Bybre compatible with Gladiator disc. May be I'm missing something here or was that 2012 cross selling technic, don't know.

Then how do we remove the needle jet Satish? It will have to be cleaned someday isnt it?

aah...that is the price we have to pay for over tightening the jet. You can remove the jet and the over sized brass jet holder that we make on the lathe. but every time you remove and tighten it you are doing this at a risk !
