even i was tempted by the enduro, but did not purchase it as it would not have gone with the office commute scenario (it was basically a sporty dirtbike design & the office requires a much sober design). thats why it was the kb125 for me.

The enduro is effectively the KB100 with a different body design. something like the hero honda cd100 & hero honda sleek (just a comparison). So, Sixspeedtwin, all the best with your deal. do post pictures as soon as you acquire one.

All this Kawasaki Dirtbike mania seemed to sparkle the memories of two bikes that didn't make it through.
1. Prowler: Based on the KB 125, and sporting a disc brake and the bikini fairing later found on the Caliber Kroma (or Croma, whatever), it is a proper dual purpose bike, but by then the emission norms changed yet again, and killed this along with the mythical Shogun Shadow.
If anyone has a pic, please post it.
2. Anhello: 250cc LC Parallel Twin dual-pupose monster which was showcased alongside the erstwhile Eliminator but never generated enough interest for Bajaj to go ahead with the production.

The exact same color was displayed at the Auto Expo. The Beast: Classic 180 in scarlet

Yes I remember the Prowler was a 5 speed gearbox .... Never seen one though ..Also there was a Yamaha RX125 5-speed 15 bhp bike that was showcased in the Auto shows, but never released ...Originally posted by 1eighty View PostProwler: Based on the KB 125, and sporting a disc brake and the bikini fairing later found on the Caliber Kroma (or Croma, whatever), it is a proper dual purpose bike, but by then the emission norms changed yet again, and killed this along with the mythical Shogun Shadow.02 Qualis GS

seems like a busted oil seal, the exhaust end cup is mounted the wrong way seems like it has corroded and come off that has to be welded dont worry about it ..the bike is in salvageable condition ,after your exams are done give the bike for a good pressure wash contact the former owner and ask him where he was getting it serviced as for the seals ,packing kit and o rings they should be available locally and cheaply if you cannot find anything there then let me know ill get it for youOriginally posted by appu007 View Postthese r d picz of ma bike.....u can c d pic wit oil leakageLast edited by kb100; 12-17-2010, 05:39 PM.Kawasaki KB100/enduro/125 substitute parts list http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/508615-post105.html

Regarding the kb100 congrats ,do not change anything on that bike most of the parts are japnese (including the handle grips) they will last a looooong timeOriginally posted by sixspeedtwin View PostThe enduro has a different torque curve ....
