build a small room outside home to keep these spares, and maintain it under lock and key...I used to do it till the room also started to overflow ,and one day had to bid adieu to them .Most spares look attractive and I couldn't say no to them. But to day i don't stock, and ride my bike gently ,so I don't encounter any problem with it..
It is indeed a noble gesture on your part to offer your spares to solve another biker's problem.

yup you should see the wiring of the bike one half is shot and the other half is nonexistant thanks to their appetite , sometimes out of sheer kindness we invite them as guest to stay in a small out house ....these little fellows are so busy they dont get time to take a bath so we help them do so in a nearby pond but the problem is that they always drown it remains a mystry as to why it happnes.......any ideas sir

OT....Rats and Squirrels belong to the rodents class of mammals. They have to continuously chew on something and mostly to break their front teeth periodically. The front teeth both upper and lower keep growing continuously and if they are not broken, will grow to tear their upper and lower jaw.So they deliberately chew on hard material and break their teeth.
The foot of these rodents are made for trotting and digging on plain ground and climb on material which offers grip(wood etc.,).....but once wet their grip is lost and can find it difficult to climb out of water.

if you are reffering to the ,25 .50 etc which is punched on the piston it is done so as to indicate that the cylinder has been rebored and the number punched allows us to know how many times or as to what extent the cylinder has been rebored

Appu your bore looks rusted..what did you do ? toss it in the Attic and forgot about it...till now ? KB100 tells me you are in 0.50. You can rebore it to 0.75 and bike will have good pickup, top speed, and better FE.The bore has ports coming from below the bore, and when you over bore it the port timing gets altered for the better. The Piston will open the ports later than stock and this will lead to less scavenging loss...and hence better mileage.
Boring to 0.75 and refitting the engine and starting are , a day's job.
Remember to check and change all bearings as needed, and change all oil seals and gaskets.
Start the work ONLY AFTER sourcing all the spares

sir minor glitch though ,it seems that its stamped 50.49 on the piston crown and not .50 it seems like the cylinder is out of rebores as the std size is 49.50mm

So the bore is on it's last oversize,ie., 4th oversize...which is why the mech had said it cannot be bored any further.
