    The stock Carb setup is as follows:

    1. The AF screw is TWO full turns out from full tight position.

    2. For the needle the position of circlip is SECOND position from BOTTOM.

    Have a new air filter...If you find the AF mix lean turn the AF screw half a turn clockwise.

        and bro i need a tail lamp for my kb,i could not find it anywhere, i searchd for boxer Ar tail lamp as u said in one of your post,i couldnt find it too,do u have any idea where i can get it from??

              also where can i get an rpm meter cable,is any other bike having the same one??

                For taillamp try amba at thakaraparambu or amba or babu at bakery jn as for rpm cable tough luck and for mech good luck btw where in karamana argee has relatives there

                  im living at shastri nagar,when going towards kanyakumari on the left side just before the karamana bridge u will see the board shastri nagar and will bajaj callibers rpm cable work???

                    caliber uses an electronic tacho so it doesnt need a cable

                              Guys, i sourced a set of speedo and tacho cables (both after market spares) from Indore - Shyam Sccoters. I was amazed at the number of two-strokes running in Indore; of course most of them were Yamahas.

                              I haven't installed these cables yet but by the looks of it they appear to be pretty much the same.

                                the cables are different the tacho cable is longer than the speedo one and the ends of the two cables are also different
