Hi. You are right about the non- availability of the spares. My 90 model KB RTZ has been under restoration from Jan15th and till date, has been with the workshop. The assembly isnt progressing as wheel hubs have to be replaced on the front as well as rear and he simply not able to source it here in Bangalore. Need this spare very quickly. Any help on this would be appreciated to locate me on the spare. Part Nos. if possible, then perhaps, i would go and try them at Khivraj Motors, the dealer where i purchased this bike. Thanks

If this is not available in Bangalore, then you may try for the spares in Coimbatore or Trichy if you have any contacts there. Aditya Auto spares in Coimbatore is a main stockist for spares of all old bikes and the same with DJ automobiles in Trichy.Regards,

Re: Kawasaki kb100 RTZ rebuild
Thank you very much for the leads. I will definitely will make a personal visit to scout. Have a large list and will have to carry a big bag.
Status : Chassis - All shot blasted and repainted with 2 coats of expoxy primer and 2 coats of Black paint. Found 2 small holes on one of the frames, welded with a pipe lapped. Chrome done for all the parts, including the covers on either side of the engine. All other parts painted black and has been on the hanger for the last 4 months. Paint scheme for the Tank and the sheilds will be either the RED from FIAT PUNTO or the I 10.
Must congratulate Shashikanth for the restoration of the KB. A fanstastic job. Looks like a lot of sweat and hardwork has gone into this laced with a lot of passion.

Re: Kawasaki kb100 RTZ rebuild
This must be the meter console of the Bajaj KB100. Essentially no difference but the bikes which were produced after the Kawasaki -- Bajaj split were only named Bajaj.Originally posted by VK Subash View Postbut the strange thing is that the Original console had the " kawasaki" mentioned but this has BAJAJ on it!!!
This is evident in the name written on a piece of fiber in the rear fender just between the tail lamp and the seat. Older bikes have Kawasaki written on that piece whereas the newer ones had Bajaj written there.Regards,
