What about the Pune-Delhi Journey thing?Originally posted by inder.cool View PostYou forgot abt his jugaad ..

Let me check about authenticity of this information. Without checking it, no point in discussing it. I haven't figured out anything as of now. There is ample of time and worst case scenario will be I will end up taking Ninja there.
Paaji, remember, I hold all the tickets so you HAVE to take me with you. If my borrowed bike is not allowed, I can always ride your bike and you can come pillion with me / satyen.Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Dudes, just checked with railway parcel office. There is no relation to ownership of the bike and sending it by parcel.
You need copies of RC, Insurance & NOC from RTO (stating that there are no pending claims on this bike) to send it through railway parcel. Even if you don't have any of the documents, the bike can be sent at an extra cost of 300-400.
Please refrain from posting rumors without first checking authenticity.Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

BiruSame question as paaji. Honestly I welcome someone pointing out certain potential problem points but there needs to be some basis for that. Otherwise, it creates unnecessary discussion/speculation which dosen't help anyone.Originally posted by inder.cool View PostI guess it was not you who posted abt this..someone else did..so why u sorry
We have also not mentioned about magnetic hill in our itinerary.
Location of Magnetic Hill
To reach the Magnetic Hill, Ladakh, you need to take the Leh-Kargil-Baltic National Highway. The hill lies at a distance of 30 km from the town of Leh, at an elevation of around 14,000 feet above sea level. To the eastern side of the hill flows the Sindhu river, originating in Tibet.
Bill-Board by Local Administration
The local administration has also put up a bill board to help tourists recognize the Magnetic Hill. The board clearly states the whole phenomenon. So you can also enjoy a first hand experience as you reach the hill. Place your vehicle on a specific spot on the road with its engines off and you will soon notice the vehicle moving up at a speed of 20 km/hour. You will have the same results over and again as you redo the exercise.
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

Where exactly is this Magnetic Hill...?? from where to take a detour to this place..??
I have already clubbed his list with my list..almost all of the things are covered there..so you needn't prepare one..Originally posted by spiderweb View Post@Stayen: Post a FINAL list for the things we need to carry, As I see yours & Inders + I havnt prepared one
@ Rajesh Ji: Some serious piece of info there sirjee...would be helpful in planning our stay there..!!
Also, as suggested by many ppl we wont be staying at Pang so we wont be taking a night halt there and would be just passing..!! So, the regular plan only holds true there..
Secondly, we might combine the below days to save some time for us..so that next day we can directly go to Leh from Sarchu..
03 June Day 3 – Manali - Darcha (118 kms) -- Petrol -- Manali, Vashist, Tandi
04 June Day 4 – Darcha - Pang/Sarchu (100 kms) -- Petrol -- No petrol pumps enroute
