These are the plans made behind screens, it takes a hell lot more than that to actually do It.

The day I don't ride, I just breathe..

It is highly unlikely that Agham-Shyok route be open around mid June.
Expect it to be open late July or August.June is the time when snow starts melting resulting a very ferocious fast flowing Shyok river.
I could not cross fast flowing Shyok river last year around 13 June.

With the new permit rules - does the permit for all of these places still stand ?

Mik and narender

I need some help with the routes please.

Diskit - Tso Pangong -- Have planned to take agham Shok route , but could be a huge risk around 16th June, considering stronger water currents on Shok river , can you please help me with alternate route .

Tso Pangong - Tso Moriri -- Planned to take Spangmik (Pangong Tso) – Man (9 KMs) – Merak (12 KMs)– Kakstet (4 KMs) – Chusul (24 KMs) – Tsaga La (33 KMs) – Tsaga Village (20 KMs) – Loma (23 KMs) – Nyoma (22 KMs) – Mahe (25 KMs) – Sumdo (10 KMs) – Tso Moriri / Korzok (53 KMs) = 235 KMs( But have heard some rumors that permits for chushul are not being provided. in this case any plan B that could be considered as a route . )

Sarchu - Kaza - We were suppose to take gamphu route from Kuzum LA , but again if the pass is not open by 19th June , what other options available for the same.

Rest of the plans are all set and waiting for dates to arrive fast ....

I can speak for the first and third questions.
You can take the Agham - Wari la - sakthi - chang la route.

In case kunzum is closed (for this update, better to follow posts on bcmtouring where they have a dedicated thread on road conditions of this region) you will have to fall back along the same route and after Rampur (while going towards narkanda) cross the river sutlej at loohri. This is the jalori pass route. It will take you right upto the kullu tunnel. Time wise, from loohri to kullu should be around 6 hours.

Mik,recent relaxations in permits rules are applied only for popular palces like Pangong till Merak(i guess),Tso Moriri,Nubra,Turtuk,Tayakashi etc.
One still needs permit for Chushul,Tsaga,Marsimik La,Chumur, and other border areas.

From Diskit to Pangong, there are 3 options
1. Agham-Shyok.This may be difficult in june but you can try.
2.Agham-Tangyar-Wari La.Wari La may not open that early.
3.Diskit-K top-Leh-Chang La-Tangaste-Pangong.This is your best bet.
But do try Agham-Shyok route, your stars may favor you and you find route clean.

In such case, you will have to bac track till Karu(tank up) and continue towards Upshai-Chumathang-Sumdo-Tso moriri.

Saw to riders on bullets Delhi number with luggage. Might have been going to Leh. But their get-up was a nightmare. There were only in their vests, shorts and don't forget the slippers.

Ride safe and have fun.

Looks fine to me, assuming you are doing pangong tso-karu-pang (I would suggest sarchu - its at a lower altitude)
Pang to Manali will be dependent a lot on the weather and the slush at rohtang. As mentioned, target Sarchu the previous day.
But you do have the buffer day for Shimla. After what you will have experienced in kashmir and ladakh, shimla will be positively boring. So in case you lose a day somewhere, you can drop shimla.
Here are the new permit rules. Looks like you might not need any permits.
