            should be in m size
            Blue color with graphics (looks should be good)
            available visors- want a smoked one but alternative should be there.

            should be decent as i will be riding 60-100 km/h most of the times.. wanna be safe and feel the same.

              Its true u won't get good collection of helmets in Guwahati. But there is a vega showroom at A.T road (should stock LS2 as well, didn't check). U can get cross at the bike modification shop (forgot the name) near ganeshguri flyover. Otherwise, u can buy it online from planetdsg or other sites.
              p.s I had to wander too, atlast bought it in bangalore.

                1. Should NOT BE NOISY at high speeds... This comes from an unsatisfied Vega Boolean (Modular) owner! Even Studds Ninja is the same noisy story. Did many trips but the helmet sucks when it comes to noise... I'm deafened from that "whoosh"ing sound.

                2. Safety should be a priority, strong shell wanted. DOT/ ECE will do.

                3. Should have a scratch resistant clear non-tinted visor, so that blaring headlights don't compromise my vision of the road.

                4. Modular helmet is preferred. Full face will also do... BUT, No Half face compromise.

                Yes, it can be sweaty, heavy, un-attractive, un-ventilated or whatever but should be less noisy & good for high speed touring needs.

                A Foreign made brand is probably the only choice I think. Budget is around 3000-5000 and can be extended slightly, if the product is good enough. Been hearing a lot about SOL helmets and their quality around the net, but I really don't know about its noise at high speeds...

                And secondly, suggest any Safe, locally made full/ modular helmet which is noisy and has a clear scratch resistant visor, for commuting. How does Ozone Graphic perform when it comes to noise?
                My case was also 100% similar. You exactly spoke whatever was there in my mind before I bought new helmet.

                Modular is mostly noisy. Noise increases with the speed. So I would say not to go for Modular again.

                I bought a Sparx S-07.. It fits your bill perfectly. Below given are my opinion on Sparx..
                * Very less wind noise, and this coming from a Boolean user.
                * DOT & ECE.
                * Clear and scratch resistant visor.
                * Ventilation is very good.
                * Sparx is available in India widely.

                Price: If you are lucky you will get a good deal. Few people here including me have got it for little above 5k.. Best of luck!!

                When I started looking for a new helmet, my first option was SOL followed by Nuvo and Daijya respectively.

                  I wen to all shops in at rad including vega dealers.. But didnt get any good excpt the sparx 1. Will try the shop near bhangagarh.. Ls2 dsnt come in m size.. Do they?
                  its really frustratin here. Every thing the govt gives here are broken roads and duplicate products like NE states are its step sons. Can u quote price of these products? Otherwise the wner will eat my pocket..

                    LS2 range starts from 2.3k in bangalore. Same for cross. Not sure about the M size though. Check motocraze near ganeshguri or honda planet at A.T road or, check here.

                          • LS2 F350 purchased

                            Congo for the sparx,i jus recently bought LS2 f350 for 3k,it has clear anti fog,anti scratch visor,ventilation is provided though have not tested it,same goes for sound isolation and yes it has washable insides. it came with tinted visor though i got it replaced with a clear one as i have to ride at night times. will take it for spin some time soon and then will have more about it to say.here are some pics..also the quality of pics is not that good as taken them from cell phone.
                            "its not what you ride matters,but how do you ride matters..."

                              Nice pics.. I'm sure missing not buying this lid. Anyway, let's see if I can arrange the Rebel model. Or I'll go for this one.

                              P.S. I liked the fact that SparX gives earplugs as well. A welcome touch.

                                Can anyone let me know where I can purchase an original AGV helmet. I know about the Indian made ISI branded AGVs'. I am not interested in them, I would like to purchase the imported ones. Thanks in advance.
