  • AFAIK, single packs are available too. Else, the shopkeeper may sell as single too.

    • Can anybody using a P220 with Osram NB give me a fair idea as to the difference in the lighting... is it a huge difference or just a bit better compared to the stock Halonix bulbs?

but I heard form someone yesterday that the pack comes with 2 pilot lamps as well.
        Are the ONB's COP MAGNETS??
Has anyone had a bad time with COPS for these headlamps? They are illegal right?

AFAIK, P220 does not use H4 bulbs. Is NB available in H7 in India?

No, they can be used. Lighting is better by a noticeable margin, but is nowhere close to HID.

RaviKiran and Pranay have used/using NightBreakers on their P220's.

Ravi is extremely satisfied with it and Pranay was not satisfied with the light output!

NB is available in H7 format.

noticeable margin.. Thats all?? I thought the difference was much much better than the stock yellow 35W bulbs.
I am aware of the fact that HID's give excellent and immense illumination, but still, I would not take the risk of installing HID's. I just want decent illumination which is much better than stock.

Does the ONB have white light or bluish light?? I am assuming a bright white light- with a very milddd blue.

              • Oops! I thought you were comparing to other 60/55W bulbs! Compared to puny 35/35, it will be a huge difference indeed! Yeah, NB is almost white.

                  • Abhijeet, have you compared the Os NB with OS Silverstar(both 60/55w)? Is there a substantial difference?

Osram NB's are 10% white compared to normal yellow lights which are actually pleasant to eyes and they are not cop magnet. I am using it since more than a year and am happy with it.
It comes in a pack of 2 but u can anyway ask the dealer for single at marginal difference in price.

The NB is working swimingly . The light spread is really bright...it doesnt really dim much at lower rpms...only at idle. I think the NB will be the final lighting mod for me..i dont have a use for HIDs now.

800 odd bucks for a pair.

There is a slight green tint to the bulb if u've noticed. The light is more like a whitish/yellowish/green..i dunno how else to describe it.
