i tried the bulb without putting in headlight ,produces massive heat compared to stock bulbs ,i think it will burn out the reflector.cost of stock fz bulb is 250rs , and this 50rs ,
i am looking for good quality single bulbs ,what r the choices (i dont want 1600 rs NB) is there any single ones available

H4 and HS1 are not the same but they are similar and can be used in place of the other..

                    • I need a few suggestions
                      1) Can I improve the Headlight on my HH Hunk (it is 35/35W)...the low beam is OK...high beam sucks.
                      2) Will any changes (adding a relay and a 65W) affect the warranty
                      3) What can I do without it affecting warranty.
                      4) Can I add a couple (actually 3) 10mm LED's running off a 9W battery (added separately as a bolt on kit) without it affecting the warranty?

Most of My riding is at night and a mix of highway and city roads....some badly lit...Please gimme some answers..

Easiest is to save some load elsewhere like console lights, pilot lights, tail lights and use a 60/55W h/l. You can use LEDs at those places.

                        • Halogen headlamp for Activa

                          Hi all,
                          I've just joined xBhp.

I own a 4 year old Honda Activahalogen bulb as fitted on the latest Activa and Aviator. Is it possible to do so? When I asked my Honda service centre, he simply said it was not possible.
                          Any ideas?

                          Thanks
                          Regards,
                          Vignesh G

Your last line about the LEDs interests me. How easy or difficult is it to change over to LEDs? Do we get LED kits? I have a Suzuki Fiero. Is it possible to change over?

                            • LEDs are available in the market which can be simply fitted in place of bulbs. These can be used quite easily. But, I created a custom setup myself. It is detailed in a thread elsewhere in the forum.
