Edit : For Unicorn it is H4 type. You can go with Osram Nightbreaker or some other models in Philips ( i ve never used Philips)
yeah i know they sit in the uni's socket, but inorder to use a 55w bulb wat mods should i do??? i am looking for a stock replacement bulb..

    Philips Lighting India - Premium

and the svc guy said that i should not use 55w bulb on stock setup as it will riun all the electricals... so can anyone tell me where i can find this bulb in hyd..also it would be grt if anyone can send it to me via couriar...

Night Breakers are equivalent to Philips Xtreme Power and not Philips crystal vision being slightly under powered compared to Night Breakers. Night breakers have the best light output available and they cost u somewhere around 1600 a pair and if ur lucky u can get hold of a single bulb blister pack which will cost u somewhere around 800 bucks.
okie, thanks mate..but i remember reading it somewhere in this thread that somebody got it for 590 bucks! Not sure though

      Appreciate your inputs mate!

EDIT-Here it is! I think it costs around 800 bucks

where can i get this done in bangalore?

U can do it yourself, its very simple if u know basics of electronics.

Check this thread where Abhi has clearly shown how to put LED's to speedo, the same thing u gotta do to parking.

              • Halogen headlamp for Activa

                Hi all,
                I've just joined xBhp.

I own a 4 year old Honda Activahalogen bulb as fitted on the latest Activa and Aviator. Is it possible to do so? When I asked my Honda service centre, he simply said it was not possible.
                Any ideas?

                Thank you

                Regards,

I own a 4 year old Honda Activa. Lately, the headlamp’s beam seems diminished. I want to replace the headlamp with a halogen bulb as fitted on the latest Activa and Aviator. Is it possible to do so? When I asked my Honda service centre, he simply said it was not possible.

                          • Firstly, in a P150, HID is not supported. All users here have reported battery draining issues. If you still want to go ahead, connect the hi/lo beam wires to the old headlight holder. And, the power wires to the battery. That's it.
