Girish: I would want to steal more than just that steering wheel. Bikes and cars can be bought and replaced but the immense knowledge Mr. Muthu has is something I hope to gain one day. He can talk to you right from the viscosity of the oil that goes into these vehicles to why some of them should be on 6V Cheers Mr. Muthu. Hope to see more pictures of the beautiful English twins.

Some where I said....he is Living/Walking Encyclopedia when it comes to Automobiles. (He is one of my online/Telephone helpline)

I was talking about physical stealing of a steering.
The knowledge one can gain is only by meeting / talking to him frequently

My whole family ( my wify, daughter & son) did their level best to make-up nearly 7 bikes at home..any way thoroughly enjoyed that Sunday, till evening...after hearing the break down to one of your gang's bike...felt bit let down....yuck!! all in the game....Me waiting for Raid 4, again in a JAWA only

Oh! Ho!!....that Beautiful LC was saved before landing in the hands of Gujjrias, by transplanting a typeB AC power house
The previous owner of this beautiful RD 350 liquid cooled, approached a Master dismantle r to fix a gearbox issue.....without little hesitation, the power train was dismantled in to bits & pieces...lying there for months together...finally to see some one has stolen the engine one fine morning . poor LC owner, now had no other option, hunted for a Indian HT 350 engine and got it plonked into the LC frame ( bit decent HT engine though!!), apart from the LC engine, they have lost the side panel(LH) & few other things like H/L Visor etc.,.
just few months before ....had his grey cells opened & approached me to DO SOMETHING or else he will send it to scrapyard
.......So now she is at my garage>>>

In mean time, have sourced a side panel , a second hand though! & a original Visor .....the Speedo & Rpm meters are yet to reach me.....now he is not much intersted .....asking me to take this AC turned LC

Its quite unfortunate that the engine was flicked though. The owner must've been heartbroken.
The bike can easily be rebuilt cosmetically but the engine is what matters! even with a good AC mill, she would be fun to ride! Is she a runner? Would love to have it as a project bike! I guess you must be more excited than i am!

About 007 twin....believe me..if it is a restored machine I'll post the pics only after fixing almost all the work ( this rule doesn't hold good for socializing sites like FB or Orkut)....still not satisfied with the seat , color matching between airfilter box other major portions,...Jetting fixed though...needs some more A/F balance....this Sunday (i.e; tomorow) we have plans to ride at least 60miles non stop ..& to be followed by Norton 16H (its me to ride 16H )
