agdi kaza / tabo pasun mahabalippuram, kanyakumari paryant - pan adyaap leh / laddakh / kargil / draass sarr nahi karu shaklo... 3 failed attempts. had to return from manali & srinagar :'(
kanane 70% bahira ahe - tyamule bike war nasto tenvha hearing aid lavava lagta - hearing aid mule high altitude sickness / vertigo taabadtob hoto - ekda ka vertigo zhala ki 7~10 diwas chaalta suddha yet nahi - riding tar duur chi goshta.
hya warshi plan karat hoto tar avenger cha piston cha issue alay... saglach om-phuss zhala...
ata 40shi nantar shareer pan saath det nahi. body madhe aslele metal joint / transplants, hip joint, shoulder joint, ujwaa paay / gudghaa - sagle kurkurtaat.
10 warsha dombivli to andheri east bike ne pravas karaycho - ardha runnin tar tikdech gull lol :-)
not being able to ride someday - that thought in itself is extremely distressing & disturbing!

@ mods - regret the dash of marathi - some things can be best said in native tongue... have just tried to explain the PITA - nothing of significant importance - pls dont hit me for this! gustaakhi muaaf karo! :-)

@I_Live2Ride : he he he! sure sure... i am dreaming of owning & riding a ninja before i die... we can also dream of what u stated... sapney dekhne mein kyaa jata hain! ;-)

[MENTION=61028]whymail[/MENTION] - Yes the temple atmosphere is surely superawsome. you can also visit the Navlai Temple and the Swami Samarth Math which has come up in hedvi just en route to the Ganesh Mandir. it makes you forget all the worries and stress once you step there. i usually go there once every year with my family. Once you go to your native place the feeling is different. I feel like never to return back and settle there. But have to return with heavy heart...Paapi pait ka sawaal hai boss. kai karnar

Beach pe bikes chalane dete hai kya?? I mean at the point where the sea water touches the sand?? Mera dream hai yaar beach pe bike chalane ka.. ... Zigzag tyre marks etc. banega to kya mast lagega yaar........ and ek pic b lag jaegi FB and XBHP pe... LOLzzz....!!

[MENTION=55137]I_Live2Ride[/MENTION] : LOL! mumbai mein dont think its possible. attempted this @ naagaav beach 2 yrs ago. epic fail. bike got stuck midway & due to my stupid attempts had some wheelspin initially & then a sunk / stuck wheel. had to call local kids to rescue / push / heave the bike out. had to shell out inr. 2k for their help! that was so completely stupid of me :-(
but i noticed another thread on this forum where 2~3 guys did exactly what u r dreaming of on their ZMA / ZMR's - lucky guys!

@Sachinnair : super crisp & stunning fotos there baba. may i please 'steal' the last 2 wherein i am visible? my wifey was demanding that i prove my presence @ the trip. merely showing presence of my bike in 1~2 of the fotos i'd taken, was not enuff to convince her... good gawd... these women... !@#$%^&*()
oh n btw, is there any chance of yet another weekend sortie before the rains set in? just thinking aloud

I am always up for a ride, so let's plan something for a 1st weekend of June. We can do a one day trip to Sula Wines, Nashik & Back. Just a suggestion!

This was on the devbaug beach, near tarkarli, superb beach, awesome and way too cheap water sports on the other side.
In the 2nd pic, firangi asking details of the bike as he saw me doing some 360 spins on the beach .
Also things depend on which bike you have, there was another person who brought in his unicorn on the beach as he saw my bike moving swiftly on the sand but unfortunately his unicorn got stuck super badly. 4 guys including me had to push his bike out of the beach. Just fel in love with my bike again at that time

that species is to be strictly avoided! ;-)
as is the case with all sathe's / sathaye's / gadgil's - they are from pirandavne - i am from pirandavne [paternal] & kelshi / anjarla [maternal] - shree vyadeshwar [guhagar] & shree jogeshwari / ambejogai are the kula-swami & kula swamini's :-)

08 June, being a second saturday, sounds tempting - not to mention the inviting blacktop tarmac of kasara :P
we can stopover @ manas enroute for sumptuous tandoor chicken & daal khichdi as well.
was reading the news this morning & the monsoon is set to hit kerala in 1st week of june.
prolly high time that we have this 1-day sortie before the rains set in.

Those some females from above link, are way better than many of us .. riding on dirt/track.! witnessed it...!!!

Btw, Kasara sounds cool for an early morning brisk spin..!!

my limited point is, women in & on any kind of machines, scare me.
that being said, i rest my case!

as for an early morning brisk 'spin' - pls be advised that my top speed is 60kmph.
perhaps it will make sense for me to start the previous night so u guys can catch up w/ me by the time i am around igatpuri?
