Glad that you are fine buddy. We have to be a lil' extra careful while riding at early morning hours as most of the drivers will be in ZOMBIE stateOriginally posted by thegame0012 View Post

WE ARE NOT.
Rash and unsafe riding is not encouraged or tolerated by any of us as individuals and definitely not as members of a forum that promotes safety and road sense.
I think that I should clarify that Senthil is simply letting his enthusiasm get away with him.
NONE of the 250's who normally ride together in this group are ripping up the roads - it feels that way to Senthil because he is only now getting to experience the potential of his bike - graduating from a Karizma, his excitement is understandable.
120kmph on a Ninja in 6th gear is normal cruising speed and not "giving it stick" but even then it will definitely be faster than anything else on the roads barring the SBK's. That's why Nishant found it difficult to keep up on his Avenger 220 on the Pondy trip.
That said, it would be less than human to expect even the most responsible Ninja rider to not occasionally wring his throttle and feel the sheer acceleration and power on offer when the roads and traffic conditions allow it.
Other riders who would like to join in, please do so, even if the group does get split up due to varying engine capacities. G2G's are not about conversations during the rides anyway but rather the camaraderie and our common passion for all things related to two wheels that is shared at the start and finish points.
Cheers!
Hi all,
I would like to add few things to Sunny's comments. Please note that if my posts have given an impression in any way, that we are racing on public roads, i apologize for that.
We do not encourage racing on public roads. Period.
To all young & inexperinced riders out there, you are welcome to join us.
But, understand your bike's & your riding limits/skills completely, then stick to it.
I do enjoy my ninja @80Kmph...
We are just a bunch of riders who just want to chill out on weekends to escape from the boredom of daily office/business life...

But my day ended very badly, I just went to pick up my friend from Velachery Sutherland office(at 1.30 am) and before even I can reach there , our so skilled full Tata Indica has tought me a leason near pallikarnai. I skidded and fell down. My night riding jacket and gloves saved me and so did my jogger shoes. Helmet was usefull when i hit my head sideways on the road. A littles bruises at knees is all what i took from there. Bike Crash guard bended almost 45 degree and few scraches on silencer. But I am all okay now.
This also reminds me of crash guards & their importance. I took a similar fall on my Karizma a year ago; my knee & elbow had to take a nasty hit...

Back home after a bash at Mudaliyar kuppam boat house this morning.
I wanted to ride out somewhere far, since its been a long time and decided to do it at all costs. I was all geared up for the rains, but it never did.
Reached the boat house by 630 am and the usual SBK lot welcomed me. I joined them for tea and they were very courteous to accept me in their group and we started discussing SBKs. Then they decided to ride again and Mr. Rajeev Bajaj who owns the red Busa asked me to sit on every SBK and pose for photos. He patiently explained me about them.
Here is a teaser,

After they left, Sunny and gang reached the place. Time for another tea. After a lot of giggles we started to Mamalla for breakfast. Then rode back home.
