Nice ride there guys. I saw u folks headin back to blore, on my way to chamundi, somewhere after exit of srirangapattanam and before entry to mysore.

Oh! & you were in a car, weren't you? I though you too were leaving for Mysore early in the morning. Maybe you overslept big time.

On our return leg near Chennapatna, I saw 2 Ninja250Rs (a green & a black) heading towards Mysore. Wondering if it was someone from xBhp. Ninja riders, own up.

The ride was awesome. I initially just wanted to ride to Adiga's at Maddur, have breakfast and ride back, as something told me i would be riding alone. But luckily Tibby confirmed that he was available and we headed out to Mysore. I know tibby is a sucker for curves (on the road) and i was more than happy to munch more miles.

I didnt post the ride plan and details on the thread as no one expressed interest. Sms'd a few but no takers still.

We met enroute at around 5am and headed straight towards Maddur. Stopped on the way for tea and headed to Adiga's at Maddur. Reached there at 6.45am, stretched a bit, some chit-chat till they opened for business at 7am. I got my Xena lock along and it gave me quite some peace of mind when I parked at the resto.

After a few hot poori's and coffee we headed towards Mysore. The traffic was light inside Mysore city and we reached Chamundi hills in no time. A few pics and we were on our way back. We stopped in front of the palace for some more snaps. The palace watchman was in no mood to oblige and kept shooing us away and finally relented when he understood that we would only leave after 5 mins of quick photography.

On the way back we stopped at a coffee day outlet for an hour or so and we reached the outskirts of blore only to find ourselves cursing the mad traffic. I reached home at 3.30pm.

The weather was great and the ride was awesome. Thanks tibby.

I waved out but they didnt see me. Guess the bikes were almost brand new and were in the running in period. The rider on the green kwacker was wearing a DSG Nero jacket.

Yeah, even I noticed the green Kwacker rider was wearing a black riding jacket. & since they appeared much slower than you, so must be running the bike in.

Yeah, I was in my car, and we wasted quite a lot of time at Kamat. And also visited a temple en route, hence the delay.

He quoted 2K for the wildflares we purchased in delhi!! I didn't speak to him after that.

Who's in for a ride on Saturday morning? I dont have a destination in mind. Anyone interested in coming along, please confirm. I'll put up the ride plan details based on this.

If no one confirms, I reckon i'll ride to the Krishnagiri dam and back.

P.S. Praful - check with Bajaj (Khivraj motors, 100 Ft rd, Indranagar). They stock IRC tires which are factory fit for the ninja.

Thanks for the info. The Ninja tyres are a bit over sized for my front tyre requirements! But those tyres are yummy for sure!
