Who's in for a ride on Saturday morning? I dont have a destination in mind. Anyone interested in coming along, please confirm. I'll put up the ride plan details based on this.

If no one confirms, I reckon i'll ride to the Krishnagiri dam and back.

P.S. Praful - check with Bajaj (Khivraj motors, 100 Ft rd, Indranagar). They stock IRC tires which are factory fit for the ninja.
I will be riding to coorg this weekend so guess I am out of this one too...

I'll confirm the meeting time and place late evening today.

@nisarg - have a safe ride bro. Want to do the coorg trip but longer rides will take some time.

It is about 8KM from the Krishnagiri Toll gate. Dam is towards your right. You will have to take a U -turn and get on to the service road. One land mark is a Cell tower that you will see on your right . Take a U turn after you see this tower.

If its the dam that we went to previously (when you turned back ), the turnoff is exactly 12 kms after the toll booth at krishnagiri.

After you pass the toll, continue straight over the 2nd flyover (if you take a left below the flyover you will proceed to chennai). There is a big gap in the median to take a U turn (a legal u turn and not one where u see a gap and ride on the opposite lane). After the U, ride straight back and you will see a bridge. Take the road to the left of the bridge (not over the bridge, but under) and take the left into the village, proceed straight and you will find a ticket booth. If u want to relax in the park, take a ticket and ride straight in... or if u want to go to the dam, forget about the ticket and take a right after the ticket counter and you'll see the dam.

                          Did I confuse you enough?

What is your definition of a short ride? 100 kms one way is a short ride for me.
