is that using 100watt bulb will reduce that bvattry life???actuly after seen effect of 100watt at morning its like
im have not switched to relay so how much time it can be use without relay???
Ok, do onething - Measure the current by putting the multimeter between the Yellow RR Unit Wire and battery +ve. Now let me know the current at 1000 rpm gaps from 2k to 6k rpm with 100W load.

No, do not put 100W bulb w/o relay.

    • Yes i have cheked that as you told...amp meter in between yellow rr and + battry.
ok i will switch to cut out and will measure current at 1k,2k,4k,6k rpm

      • siping 100watt from 9ampbattry is that ok if running at continuously more than 300-400km long ride??

        • In that case, with 100W load, if current comes to +ve XX Amp at around 2k rpm, you are good to use the 100W bulb w/o any problem.

Yes it should be along with some wiring modifications thrown in.

                • my multimeter got culrit,so cant measure it!!10watt is mind blowing, but my headlight unit is from hella which is like spot on road ,it doesnt spread much is that ok or have to chked for lumax one which is from ambasador.
please abhijeet can you share your 100watt headlight night photo here so can get idea of it.
how much current requred at 2000rpm for 100watt Dc setup??
i share my photos here tomorow, and i got relay at rs 120!!! and connector rs35.
                  it has 6 connectors,which shown as L1 T1 L2
                  S1 T2 S2

so how to connect that wire?? ithink T1 is red so its main goes to battry,T2 black obviously graund,L1 for light 1 and L2 is light 2 so how to connect that on upper dipper??and S1 and S2 to which switch????

I have some pics in my album here. Check in my profile. Its from a lumax.

About the relay, I dont have much idea. I can only help if I know which wires go to the relay switch and which to the relay coil.

In all pics its OSRAM 100/90 bulb. Costs around 100 bucks. For the 3rd and 4th pic, used a mobile cam, hence the distortion.

                        • Can anyone help me out in rewinding the stator coil of my machismo 350. It has only 6 poles out of which one is an ignition coil. I'm searching for an auto-electrician who can do the job but am unable to find anyone yet. May have to rewind myself.

Do I need to put anything (adhesive etc) when winding the coil?

Am planning to rip open all the wires and except the ignition coil and its wiring (hope it doesn't connect anywhere else) and start winding.

From what I've understood, I need to solder both the ends of the coil wire to grey wires of APE RR and the APE RR's yellow/black to +/- of battery directly.
Also, I have a TAFE SP5LB battery which I assume is a 5V battery. Should I get a better battery as well? Any idea how much time the winding can take?

I am not aware of the wire gauge needed for a bullet stator. However, you can convert it to 12V DC with OEM parts and run a 60W easily.

Am planning to get 2 HIDs installed. (1 for the time-being, 1 down the line) Not at all satisfied with current AC/DC setup.

If you convert to DC using OEM parts, it will support 1 HID, 2 is a bit doubtful, but should be supported.
