Are you sure about this? If this is true, I would love a silver... Please do confirm your source and thanks, HydBiker.Originally posted by HydBiker View PostAlso, two new colors - Silver & Blue are planned for once the initial demand subsides... may be in about 3 months.
I don't race, I don't perform stunts, I don't cut across lanes and/ or cut other vehicles, I love to wear my helmet and follow traffic rules/ laws and I prefer safety over surprise... If that is boring and/ or sissy as per you, so be it.

I second that. I wish the white color with a red stripe that we see on the R1 or the FZ6 would also be in the offering. It looks really nice.Originally posted by FZ16 View PostAre you sure about this? If this is true, I would love a silver... Please do confirm your source and thanks, HydBiker.

Completely agree with you. Try visiting any of the Yamaha Stations - Company owned showrooms and compare the build fit and finish quality on the R1, the R 15 and the FZ 15. Check simple at the alloys and the gear shifter and foot brake level assembly. The welding, casting and painting will give away the cost of the Bike.Originally posted by FZ16 View PostPersonally, I feel the finish of the alloy wheels on the FZ16 are not upto the mark... Does anyone else feel the same?
SAD BUT TRUE.
What stops Yamaha from maintaining the same fit and finish across all bikes? After all the cost difference can deinitely be adjusted in the engine cost and other associated costs.

A lot of dealers are in a aposition to change the colour and stickering of the Bike today before delivering the bike. Why dont u try to convince one of the dealers to do so. I have seen Pulsars in Orange, Aquamarine Blule and Yellow. I doubt any of these could be Factory colours.
Cheers

im not arguing , that guy is is the 1 saying "Yes, in no way can you compare the FZ with other 150cc bikes. The FZ is in a different league all together"Originally posted by yamracing View PostPuneet : Peace there man. Do u always ride a bike with the throttle pinned? Do u always have the rpm needle above 6000rpm?
A bike is not only about outright performance but a lot more. Comfort, torque, handling, looks, quality.
The point here is not to argue. The RTR is a faster machine no doubt. Peace
- which is not true , it doesnt have anything that spectacular n looks preference is diff from 1 person 2 another
its just a good n different product fom others in class

I visited two different showroms on one day for YamaLube and discussed with sales guys there. It surprised me that both the guys told me the same thing on the same day... they even mentioned that it might take 2-3 months as Yamaha is now struggling to deliver to the bookings...Originally posted by FZ16 View PostAre you sure about this?
