Yes, that is the right speed for a 180. Bajaj has introduced some speedo error in these new models though

I checked my bikes mileage --> 88 kms for 2.16lt (100Rs) --> 40.7 km/lt
I won't bother checking the mileage again until the first serviceComment

@ rs 100 u get 2.16 not 2.38 @ bangalore
2.16l=88
1l==40.75 kms====thats good during runin period--the milage will improve after the 2nd servicing is doneComment

And regarding speed at all gears @ 4K r.p.m this is what I got-
1 gear -- 17 kmph
2 gear -- 24 kmph
3 gear -- 35 kmph
4 gear ~ 47 kmph
