    heyy..today there was a bajaj service camp where i got to TD the new 180..
    i must say im really impressed...
    the engine was soo smooth n soundz different...not the typical pulsar grunt!!
    if 180 came out soo well...cant wait for the 220..
    man hats off to bajaj!!
    soo how u feeling abt the 180...reviewz after 1st service plz!!
    A good mechanic will let u watch without charging u for it!
    People are like motorcycles, each is customized a bit differently! :D

      completely agree. i was really impressed too when i did a medium to longish test ride on the new 180. i can honestly say, its the most comfortable i have felt ever, sitting on a new bike for the first time, and within a couple of minutes, i was completely at home. and the ride quality was just stupendous. the damn thing just glides over bad roads, but never once did i feel the handling was out of sync. like i mentioned elsewhere, the clutching / shifting experience too was superb. not one mis-shift or false neutral.

      separately on another topic,
      anybody here try a higher wattage bulb ?? with the new full DC electricals, is it safe to pop in a higher wattage bulb ??

        guys i feel that the place between the handle looks empty u know sort of it gives a feeling as if something is missing

        want to have sticker there ,somewhat like that of apache

        what say?

          Good Suggestion..Bajaj could create some kinda sticker akin to that of apache...or we must apply our own brains...any idea comin to ur mind now ?

                EZHIL with new 180 ug4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

                Hi friends.... i have got my new 180 ug4 BLACK yesterday...... I should tell.... its amazing...... The moment when i sat on that beast, wow i could feel the smoothness greatly...... Rapid change in engine sound..... Perfect gearing control....... when coming to style..... ohhhh.... no bike will compete with this beast....... Finaly my long wait has came to an end....... I have got sticker in back mudgaurd as,

                      petrol price badhane ka asar!!

                      rushed to the nearest pump and got a tank full


                      PREVIOUS TANK FULL : AT 0 KM ON TRIP M.

                      2ND TANK FULL : AT 462.2 KM ON TRIP M.

                      PETROL NEEDED FOR TANK FULL : 487 RS / 45 PER LITRE = 10.82222

                      MILEAGE = 462.2 / 10.82222 = 42.7085 !!!!!

                      so on the whole i'm decently happy.

                      now the runnin is'nt even over hope the figures stay the same even after it.

                      WOULD POST ,POST FIRST SERVICE REPORT SOON

                        Finally got hands on my Flaming Red Bajaj Pulsar 180 ug4 today..........amazing smoothness.....christened it "GRIZZLY"...fond of grizzly bears u see.........

                                a big thanks to u guys....will be clicking the pics this weekend...
                                well the first day report...
                                bike's noticeably smoother than pulsars of yore...feels eager to go into higher gears...waitin for run in to be completed...DC lighting and self cancelling indicators are to be appreciated...it was soft over potholes...tyres are grippier...bike has a good solid feel...had few issues findin the neutral..but its fine now jus i guess jus a small touch is required to get the green N beacon glowing rather than a decent shove..the light for the number plate is something i found pretty cool..willl continue providing inputs...
