    • Hi Guys.

Done my first servicing of my 'Raam Pyari- The Killer" With ODO 515, addendum to my first service my experience follows:

I came at service centre around 8:40 a.m. & got my bike serviced back at 10:30 a.m.
The SC guy were really helpful, they first checked the bike with there manual experience then asked if any specific issues i m facing (i had my list) after reviewing all he suggested to get engine flushing (cost around 60 bucks) as i was facing some rigidness in 2-3 gear (acceleration/speed) due to some impurities CO2 level was also adjusted (cost around 10 bucks only) battery maintainence (cost to 5 bucks only) .
He suggested me if this is your first service try engine & petrol additive this will make your engine smooth, will increase fuel economy, no rigidness, good for electric start etc. (cost around 145 bucks) as my chain got loosed so get chain tightened, focus of headlamp was above std. so got it placed at right position.
      1) Engine feels more refined now,
      2) Bike moving very smooth
      3) Gear shifting is a bit hard at 2nd but is very comfortable for rest, needless to say gear shifting get more smooth now after servicing
      4) Exhaust notes are diff after servicing (less noice)
      5) Must say, Acceleration is bit dropped after service but feels good (Idle RPM is around 1300-1400, pl advise if this is Ok)
      6) Sorry folks somehow i couldnt managed to have control on my senses and unleashed my bike beyond 90 (on 5th) but as soon as i realized i came back to normal & running it not more than 60 (Is this ok or can i increase my speed) as i m going by manual. will keep my speed till 65 for first 1000 km

Above all, to have an eye of care, i got my "Ram Pyari" with Teflon coating to protect it from scratches & extra shining (cost 350 bucks) also with this first service i got an extra teflon coating offer at my second service absolutely free.

As a suggestion, would recommend to get your beauties teflon coated its really give an extra shine & a smooth touch..

Have clicked some snaps too. will post it later as my data cable is missing ...

Any advise (positive) lol is highly appreciated.

              • Pulsar 180 DTS-i UG3 Training-Notes-A Owners

Guys I have uploaded Pulsar 180 DTSi mechanics training notes....
Its not owners manual...If you haven't read it before then download or read it from scribd : Pulsar 180 DTS-i UG3 Training-Notes-A Owners
a must manual for pulsar owner.
It contains a hell lot of information about pulsar machine like how to tweak CO2 or how to fill nitrogen in shockabsorbes etc
It can save your a$$ as owners manual does not contains information like this...even if you instruments then you can do servicing of your bikes with the help of this manual

                          • I got my bike today...fairing n leg guards replaced under insurance...didn't get insurance for headlight glass because it suffered very tiny scratches...bill amount was fcuking Rs.690...also tightened chain...I'm still facing headlight focus problem
BTW What's the benefit of tight chain n loose chain?
