I'm sajan from bangladesh. I just bought my muscle on 08/04.
Congrats for your new muscle.Ride safe and wear proper gears!

Gear shifting a bit hard and the tyre pressure recommended feels a little a low. But i'm as happy as can be.

As your engine is new, Gear shifting will be hard,Its common with new engine.
The engine will get smoother after first service. Are you using 25 on front and 33 @ rear?

Here in bangladesh i can't find any brand that has 10w30 sj grade oil. I'm recommended to use that. As i live by the indian border, think i can manage it from india.
Now what i want to know is the name of some good brands that have 10w30 sj grade oil and their price.
    Please help me out.

    Regards.
As abnv said,Stick to HH oil till your free services are over,After that you can change your oil .

Manual says "500 kms or 60 days, whichever is earlier". But till date I believed its 500kms/30 days. So wanted a clarification.

Yes, i'm using 25 PSI on front and 33 PSI at rear. I used to ride Bajaj Caliber with 35 PSI on front and 40 PSI at rear for the past 8 years. Maybe it's due to that.

Even the HH oil is also not available here. The service center here recommends Super 4T 20w50. But i don't want to use that. I'm planing to a ride about 280 kms the next week. I've already completed 100 kms. And planing to drain after the tour.
That's why i want to know about the oil. I need to arrange for it.
Only closer match i can get here is Gulf Pride 4t 20w40.
Please help me with the oil.

One more thing, what shall i get at the first service besides changing oil?

                      Regards.

Lean = Effort towards what you want, Rich = Effort towards what you need.

Gulf Pride 4t 20w40 is good oil and is recommended for karizma I am not sure about that in cbz as the bike is only 100kms old.I think still you can use it,No problems.

You will get your chain cleaned ,lubed and adjusted,Spak plug will be checked,Air pressure, air filter cleaning if necessary and clutch will be adjusted if needed, accelerators, brakes will be checked.

                        • My bike idles at 1k exact when cold and 1.1k when hot. Due to this, engine tends to stall while moving off. Also, when starting on cold mornings, choke needs to be used, and once started, engine stops when I open the throttle to move off (after disengaging choke). This disappears once the engine is hot.

                          Is this normal..?
And why is the idling set this low..? Will they raise it during first service..?

Yeah,Its Normal,You can adjust it manual,Set it to 1400 idle @ cold so it will be 1500 at hot which is recommended by HH.

As semi synthetic oil is good for run in period,You can use Gulf Pride Plus 20W40 .
