http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/pit-stop...rburettor.html. please follow the mentioned link you will getting everything about carb tuning.

But my advice would be " DO NOT TOUCH CARB" if its a new bike. Its my request. i have done and spoiled the settings. Please avoid it. even SVC guy told me that they also cannot bring back the stcok condition. Mine took 3 visit to svc and at last opening and washing the carb at 2000 Kms. now ther vibes arr really less and its ok. but mileage is reduced still its ok for new engine. better less mileage in new engine than running lean.
Thanks bro. But i already did it. Earlier my bike was giving me some sort of starting prob which the svc guy said the carb was to be tuned.
and did it. But it didn't feel ok to me. So i went again, and got it tuned again. And again it was not perfect. So i googled and found this and some other site where the very same procedure was described. I decided to give it a try as it seemed so easy. While doing i found my bike never stalled, rpm never came bellow 2500 at leanest possible position (clockwise to full tight). i was like . What to do now . Then i unscrewed it (anti clockwise) to some point where i felt the sound of my bike ok, and left it there till now. Now that what is happening :
    1) Cold starting problem gone
    2) Throttle response is crisp
    3) Hot starting problem started
    4) Set the rpm to 1100 but it's not steady, comes down to 600 or stalls
    5) Need to raise the pick up a little while starting hot.

I know the carb of my bike is not tuned to the optimal. Which rotation leads to lean, is it clock or anti clockwise? What should i do now?
Lean = Effort towards what you want, Rich = Effort towards what you need.

In some site it says 10W40 and somewhere it says 15W40. Which one is correct? I never found it to be 10w30. Really confused.

i have brought 2. 1 used for oil change and the other for top up.

next time i'll probably go for Valvoline champ 4T 10W30 or Valvoline champ 4T 20W40

anyws...botto line is...the oil should alws b upto the mark and clean
yeah i too have heard a lot abt valvoline...is it mineral or synthetic ? coz i dnt intend to go fr synthetic.. (clutch slip factor may cm into play)...

its a syntheic blend and i don't think there will be any clutch slip as it says its designed for HH(10w30)

For most of the 120 sized tires, chain case need to be removed,So i think this much clearance is good for Hunk.

                          More Clutch = Less mileage.
I myself use a clutch a lot. In fact everyday I have to crawl at 20KMph for 2.5KM and have a lot clutch usage. Still I get 39kmpl on my RTR hyperedge.
As I am also in run-in period, I am not complaining.
You will surely get 35-40km/liter after 2nd service by a proper AFR adjustment.

only 35-40?????????? but in the showroom they said 65 kmpl and atleast if they said that the cbz should give 50 or atleast 45-50???? how is that possible please help me :'(

Are you insane? Discover 150 doesn't give 65kmpl all the time being fully commuter bike, whereas CBZ being a power house you expect that.
Guys at SVC are so pathetic then.
