Check sparkplug,When did you cleaned the airfilter? Adulterated petrol or something? Also check engine oil level.
Thanks Aneesh,How long will it take to replace ? Spark plug and air filter have been replaced during last service at around 4000-4500 km back and mechanic checked it when I gave it for servicing. My mech was telling me it costs 90 rupees. Guess I heard it wrong. Recently he changed the indicator fuse thing . .the 12v one under the seat(charged 75 or 90).

Try to get fuel from good bunks.
Exactly!! Same problem.. I have been using the same petrol bunk for many months now. One of the few trustworthy bunks in Hyderabad so I think mostly the prob is with the bike .

There seem to be three common problems with ZMA/CBZ...
                  1. Sudden loss of compression with Kicker going very free for 5 or 6 kicks and then recovering to become absolutely normal...
Keep a check on the quality of petrol used..and try not to fill in bunks on the highway...the bad petrol forms varnish on the valve stems which leads to sticky valves.
                  2. Bike starts and idle but cannot accelerate, and if accelerated ,will switch off.
Loose contact in the CDI unit Connector is the reason..This happens more in the wet season....Best to disconnect the connector from the CDI unit and spray WD40 into the connector and re connect...This will keep the moisture away and less loose contact problem.
                  3. Bike will suddenly loose it's ability to accelerate...typically after a stop over after riding some distance, Revs on top gear will be 4 to 5 k only...
This is because of throttle slide getting stuck to the carburetor body...reason is because of the slide coating coming off and getting wedged between throttle slide and carb body....probably due to bad petrol causing deterioration of the coating...remedy with the help of a good knowledgeable mechanic GENTLY remove the coating off the slide with Zero Emery abrasive and reassemble properly.
Try to exhaust the petrol in tank within 20 days of filling .Do not park bike without use for more than 2 weeks at a time.

                    Yup.
Reserve to Reserve was the one I tried. From last time when the bike got reserve, i set the trip meter to zero and filled the tank with exactly 1L petrol after a few kilometers. Now the bike got reserve again at 53.1 km.s. Last time it was 45 under same method and almost same riding conditions. Hoping that it will give in between these two in coming days...

                      Less than 2-3 Mins.

                      Its nearly 200rs i think.

Fuses cost less than 10rs per piece.

Turning it clockwise will make it more leaner and will over heat the engine.Turn anti Clockwise to make it richer.

Please do not touch the carb unless you have any problems.

Did any one checked the stock AFR Screw setting? Like how many tuns from the max tight position(max clockwise position)
