I think a glue heater or some other heater could help it. Not sure. but there should be some DIY methods.
Moreover it becomes a DIY only when someone tries it for the first time.Down to Gehenna or up to the Throne, He travels the fastest who travels alone...

Hey riders...how u all r doing..
Actually I wanted to know whether it is possible to install a kit in my HH HUNK for better lighting. It comes with a factory fitted 12v 35/35w multi focal reflector halogen bulb along with a MF-5: 12v 4Ah battery and a 125w alternator.
Do I need to make any major modifications in the electrical mechanism.
I have had words with HH Service Center guys about whether a lesser watt bulb would give me better illumination. They said that there are every possible chances the bulb getting fused very often.

Might be,Not sure,cant say without seeing the pic.
I got my chain and both front and rear sprockets cleaned thoroughly. Got it lubed and greased. There were hell lot of deposits due to excessive greasing and dust in to it.
The alignment was also not correct previously. Now my bike is running very smooth than before. Thanks a lot for the help!!Comment

Help needed on elctricals of my CBZ Xtreme.
Hello everyone,
My bike's rpm needle and the fuel meter are behaving notoriously.
Let me explain what happens.
When I start my bike everything is fine.
1. I start riding I observe that the fuel meter is showing too much of fuel whereas I am almost near reserve.
2. The rpm needle is fine. But as and when I turn on the headlight or pass light or use horn the rpm needle will turn fully beyond red line and will stay there. Although the real rpm of engine is still as normal 4k or whatever near it.
I believe there is some fault in wiring. I have got this problem rectified once before also and the SS guy charged 75 rs for this. This has happened again.
I want to know whats the cause of this problem and how to get it rectified properly.
