The chain noise problem is very common problem until it get
lubricate properly
after that it is not the issue to ignore, i
have a HHH 2011 completed 13k without any problem so far

think first of all you have to check whether the problem is occurring
in only & only 1 & 2 gear, if yes then it is not a problem of
chain, get it checked deeply very soon may be sound is coming from
insight the engine and prob. is internal or if the sound is occurs
in every gear (can be vary in different gears) then problem is
somewhere external in the sprocket also, check the chain properly
and take your bike again to HH service center....KTM RC390 - Current

My bike's rpm needle and the fuel meter are behaving notoriously.
Let me explain what happens.
When I start my bike everything is fine.
1. I start riding I observe that the fuel meter is showing too much of fuel whereas I am almost near reserve.
2. The rpm needle is fine. But as and when I turn on the headlight or pass light or use horn the rpm needle will turn fully beyond red line and will stay there. Although the real rpm of engine is still as normal 4k or whatever near it.
I believe there is some fault in wiring. I have got this problem rectified once before also and the SS guy charged 75 rs for this. This has happened again.
I want to know whats the cause of this problem and how to get it rectified properly.

Uber lean engine. Retune AFR setting.

Yeah bro, its the AFR setting in carb(Theres a screw for it.). The symptoms of being lean are, constantly varying RPM needle, quick movement of RPM needle, huge difference between hot and cold RPM's and engine gets heated quick.Originally posted by adnansanni View PostThanks a lot ashwinprakas
