Help required !
Its been a long time since i visited this forum , ( really feel sorry for that )
My HH CBZ x treme has done 11.2 k kms on the ODO and i recently noticed that the front fork oil has started leaking , and its oozing from the top of the for , Is it common ?
I mean for 11 k kms , do we require to change fork oil and stuff ?
Any help/advice related to this topic will be appreciated .
Thanks a lot -

Do let us know on the ride quality if you do a gas fill-up, mine is also very hard, but not sure whether a gas fill-up will resolve the issue, so now in a confusion to fill-up gas alone or go for complete re-conditioning of the shocks!Originally posted by sooraj_vs View PostEven my shocks have become shock-transmitter rather than shock-absorber..:-P

Try riding any other bike with GRS and then feel the difference. how could the nature of shockers change in 2-3 daysOriginally posted by cbz_edge View Postmy frnd also owns a new cbz.i rode his cbz also.on same road shocks are absorbed very nicely on his bike ...in both the bikes it is set to default factory setting...
in my previous shocker i used that tool many times n yes u r right whenever i adjusted to a stiffer setting , easily felt the difference ...but only for 2-3 days after that it again started behaving the same AS EARLIER
in this shocker also the day it was replaced it was working completely fine but again after 2-3 dayas its not absorbing the shocks as it should
. Also check for the tyre pressure as well.

Apart from the shock absorber, ride can be bumpy due to over-inflated tyre.
Rightly So.
Swing arm bearings also play a role in this I believe, but there is hardly any chance for this as the bike is new.Originally posted by sooraj_vs View PostEven my shocks have become shock-transmitter rather than shock-absorber..:-P

Epic bro.. i respect ur feeling but that was awesome. i m laughing hard
. How can ur gas be empty in such a long time. may be we all are unhappy with the shockers,or we r just over expecting it.

I believe, the GRS shocks loose their dampness soon than the traditional ones.
I changed my Splendor's shock absorbers at 80000kms! They were really good atleat till some 60k.
The sad part is that, no one is still sure if refilling the gas will help to regain the dampness.

What do the pictures tell us?
Guys, attached herewith are the images of the tyre walls of the the front and rear tyres, the sticker on the chain cover and the recommendations given in my book.
These are for the new Hero Honda Hunk DD Tubeless version.
The max cold air pressure for the front tyre as per the info on the tyre wall is 230KPs i.e. ~33psi
Therefore I think that 29 might be the right pressure to be maintained for the tubeless ones
However, I would request some senior member/experienced person to throw some light on the same!

another is My current service center is not good, can i change the free service center. i asking cause i visit another SVC but they said that if you change the SVC it will affect your warranty
Change your engine oil ASAP .DON'T EVER look for mileage on odo to change oil. once the engine becomes rough change oil immediately.
My experience is, I change Every 700 To 800 Kms. As I shuttle Between Bangalore To cochin A 550 kms Ride , mostly done at 80 to 100 kms /hr that too non stop (except for a lunch break of 20 minutes) for 12 hrs so oil gets deteriorated soon .
Every oil In Market Is tried with no much diff. So Now I am using
I.O.C.SERVO 4T GOBEN 10 W - 30.
HH oil of BP Stays For 300 To 400 Kms.
,, ,, Of Idemnitsu Stays For 400 to 500kms.
Gulf Pride 20 w-40 Stays For 500 To 600kms
Castrol activ 20w 40 Stays for 750 kms.
Yamaha lube 20 w 40 stays for 500 to 600kms.
Shell Semi synthetic Stays for 800 to1000 kms. I am writing this from my experience.Normal Use At around 50 kms /hr and short trips, these same oils stay for above 2000 kms.
So to sum up Be judicious and change oil when ever NEEDED.
