Yaar. This is a good one. But some pictures would be helpful. Even I did not notice that bulb is fused. Your post has helped me to diagnose it.
I am planning to replace it with LED bulb. How does the holder look like?

Right on friend but it was too late to make any corrections as throttle was getting stiff and stuck at full opening , so changed it to OE CABLE COMP THROTTLE costs around 70rs
I also greased front brake calliper pins and believe me its easy yet important . All one needs is #12 ring / T spanner , Drift , Hammer
1.Using drift and hammer take out the brake pads
2.By removing #12 bolts , calliper body will seperate from disc plate.
3.Then just pinch rubber boot and remove the metal plate with which two pins ( it is black colored plate )
4.You will see the caliper pins have WHITE grease , this is silicon grease . So i filled the rubber boots with adequate silicon grease and refitted back the plate
Then reassemble everything , i coudnt take pics as i didnt have camera and hands were dirty too.
Also i want to share a nightmare here , the rear parking light got fused , as a result i had to change it as no light on number plate = CHALLAN-ED
So i had few push 5W bulbs as spare , but had no idea how to change it , i called up my mech and he told procedure , it sounded tricky so here it goes another DIY ( with no pics
)
1. Remove Both side panels
2. Remove rear seat
3. Remove the silver horns ( yes that extreme`s signature horns ) it will require #12 T / Ring spanner
4.Remove rear cowl , it will require removing 4 X #10 bolts and screws on top and well as bottom .
5.Now after you remove rear cowl , tail lamp assembly will be visible . it will be secured by 3 X #10 nuts and washers
6.Carefully remove all 3 nuts and washers , take care you dont lose them .
7.Remove electrical connectors and just shake tail lamp so that it is confirmed no more bolts need to be removed
8.Then pull out slowly the tail lamp assembly
9.Now there will be total 5 screws in assembly , 3 big and 2 small , unscrew 2 small ones
10. Now we need to remove assembly`s fiber glass part
11. You will see it is bit lift-and-pull kind of type.
12.Using blunt plastic or screwdriver covered with cloth start removing section by section this fiberglass
13.After the fiberglass comes out , take out the fused bulb , pop in new one and refit everything back
14.There will be a lining of styrofoam on fiberglass , when putting it back make sure this lining doesnt come out and fits properly.
14.NOW MAKE SURE YOU SCREW TAIL LAMP`S PARTS BEFORE PUTTING BACK ON BIKE AND RECONNECTING THE CABLES , I FORGOT ONE SCREW AND HAD TO OPEN UP ALL THE WAY AGAIN
As you can see the spare was worth 3-5rs but the labour required was much more . But rest assured tail light is working 100% again.

. I learned that bike should be maintained below 3500-4000 RPM, 1st oil should be changed at around 200 km. Is there any thing else that i should follow for proper run in period of my ride. As this bike is my 1st bike, lot of excitement is already there.
