re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
I have two....Enfield Bullet 2003 Standard( it still can crush Maruti 800 to its bonesOriginally posted by sibun View PostBy the way which bike you ride. I think this was your first ride of a hero bike.
, man I love this machine) and Honda Twister 2013. 90 % of my current travel on Delhi roads are done on Twister as it being very nimble and light to handle and also highly fuel efficient machine.
Yes this was my first time I test drove Hero bike ( Test drive of 50 KMs ) as there is need of 125/150cc bike in home so I am in process of choosing one. Can you please tell what differentiates Hunk and Xtreme ?? On looking into specs, engine specs are exact same and with only difference that Hunk is 3Kgs lighter. Any other difference ? Gearing ?

Thanks for the reply.Originally posted by sinnerz2000 View PostFront always use zapper FS, sirac street is supposed to be great but coz of its softer compound lasts lesser than Zapper, I recently bought the mrf mogrip meteor nd its awesome too.
Can you let me know the price? Is it rear or front? And from where you purchased it?

re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Hi Guys,
I'm using Motul 7100 10w40 since last 800 kms, but I'm unable to figure out any improvement
On the downside, I feel that engine is getting heated and not revving freely. I was very excited when I purchased this expensive FS oil (Rs. 675), but sadly my xtreme is not liking this oil

I do agree with your view point. In my case, 5.5k was not much, atleast in comparison of buying a new bike altogether. But the Dazzler thread I was reading, whoa! That's just too much trouble to go through for the kind of performance gains. Save up 50k more and buy an R15 or a D200 instead. Joel does supply the supporting items as well. The piston, piston rings, gaskets, etc.Originally posted by mrbabu76 View PostGuys, I may get offended for this comment still,
For this kind of mods you are going to spend tons of money for unreliable BHP bumps. This horses you can't use practically because of stock frame set up.
Instead, you can sell your current bike and top up some cash and go for bike like D390 for your sheer power hungry. You will get reliable, powerful (43bhp)
and piece of mind bike. Otherwise you are going to spend lot of time in workshop for trouble shooting the big bore set up.
In this forum I have find so many bikes running with BB Kits. Interestingly none is trouble free though the owners putting their 100% effort.
If you still interested in this set up, you should strongly ask the components supplier to make the bike trouble free and supply all the supporting items instead of you run for each and every small parts.
Very helpful too!
Except externals, no. :P Both are just the same. Xtreme has spring loaded Footrests and Clip On handlebars though.Originally posted by MoonLight View PostAny other difference ? Gearing ?

I would blindly go for Sirac street. I have been user since couple of years.
