    550kms..Full ripping...Bike just 1500kms old....Result Tappets and lessened oil quanity (around 50ml i guess)

But my tappet issue was solved in a single visit to showroom. of course my bike's tires had problem

Had to change the rear tire twice and still there is a little wobble. There is no problem with alloys, tires seems to be problem.
Changed the front tire and all the wobble is gone and bike is rock stable at higher speeds....left the handle at 100kmph....goes as straight has arrown with out a shake.

After i completed 3K kms on odo i took my bike for the first the upto 110 kmph. Between 3K kms to 4 k kms i used to go 100+ frequently. But at that time no tappet noise. Smooth Silent engine . At 4.5K kms i met with a small accident neither my bike , nor me suffered. I had to give it to urgent service because of some handle bar problem. I consumed the 3rd free service. But post 3rd (4.5K kms)service things have changed Tappet noise starts every now and then if i go fast

If the bike comes in perfect settings from the factory then why does tappet get loose in any given way? Is it a natural limitation that we humans cant solve ? Is it a design error ? Is it due to low quality parts? Or May be our bikes cant handle the pressures inside an engine
It is NOTHING other than the wonderful skills of the highly trained mechanics at HH's so-called automated workshops.

My bike has 6.3K on odo changed the oil at 5.7~K 2 weeks ago. Oil was gulf pride 4t plus 10W 30.I guess if i had run on 20W 40 one then the oil would have not reduced .I faced similar problems with HH idemitsu oil. One long run at 80-90 speed and the oil levels drastiaclly fell.

The tappet problem started after my trip. Ripping is not required for my bikeAny long drive at speeds >=70 is sufficient to start the tappet noise. I have no choice but to give it to the HH guys!
Well, not as long as you... but I have ridden my bike at speeds around 80 - 100 kmph for 40 + 40 km with pillion. No noticeable drop in oil level in the 10W30 Idemitsu HH oil I was using that time. Now I'm on Gulf 10W30 since almost 6 months (usage v approx @ 2,000 km). Not gone on any long ride, but no noticable drop in oil level yet.

which one did u find is the better ? ?

i give my bike for servicing at lakshmi motors somajiguda .. they do an average job .. nothing too good nothing too bad ... latest update ...

yesterday morning petrol over .. dragged my bike for 2 km uphill to a bunk . filled petrol and tried to start .. bike didnt start .. used kickstart about 30 times .. no use .. used self start as well .. at one point the self start got stuck or something .. even though i switched off the self start continued to start but in vein .. felt the self start thing got shorted or something .. removed the fuel pipe and checked .. no use .. called a friend .. both of us tried all that we could .. we understood that there wasn't proper sparking .. so had no choice but had to take the bike to the sc .. had to push and pull the bike for 6km in heavy traffic (from road no.2 banjara hills to somajiguda lakshmi motors) and then gave the bike for checking .. self start check , kickstart check and electricals check .. the in charge went for a testdrive (bike started once after he violently kickstarted it) and told me that he will get the entire bike checked .. called me in the afternoon and told me that spark plug needs to be replaced .. so let him do that .. took bike back in the evening .. it's fine now .
what i'm unable to understand is that i changed the spark plug during last service .. mid june .. bought a ngk platinum tipped one .. and it went kaput in just 2000 km .. this hh guy replaced it with a regular one and was telling me that the plug i put was a useless one .. crap model .. that this .. these are the pics .. how could the plug go kaput under 2k km ? what else could lead to it's failure ?

the plug on the left is the old one that was replaced at 10k km with the one on the right(platinum tip)

                            Best one I found was
Karuna Automobiles: Balanagar, Near BBR Hospital.

They listen everything and do the service job good. But I think they dont have technically superior guyz. But they are helpfull.

Another is Bhanu Automobiles, Kukatpally. The Erragadda one is not good.
This is huge one. So To get your bike serviced, You have to turn up early morning there. Else they wont take bike after 10am. They have got good supervisors (Manikanta) who is techncially good also. Speak directly to him. My Tappets issue was resoved here.

Another service center is at Blakampet, its a very small one. they dont take more than 8 bikes for a day since they have only 2 guys to service. But they do the jobs right. Got my friends super splendour there...all the pblms were resolved.

Another two are there, but I havent gone to them yet. I need to give my bike for service day after tomorrow. will chk out.

                            And coming to sparkplugs...!!!

they dont go kaput so easily. they are very reliable. I am using NGK Gpower on my Xtreme.and it is good. But there is hardly any difference i feel now between stock and GPower. When ever I give bike for service, I put stock one and give it.

Why dont you joing the xBHP Hyderabad G2G. You will get many technically good xBHP members there who can guide you better. There is a G2G this sunday, its a HALEEM G2G :P. Check out the Offline G2G thread for more details.
