I would suggest you to follow as mentioned in service manual.svc people dont mind tearing 3rd and 4th sheets of your service manual together,so that they can escape 1 service.get it done before crossing 5.5 k deadline.
80-90 should be a safe enough and IMO cruising at 60-70 is boring. I usually cruise around 100. And never ride above 9k rpm for long (that's how I blew my piston rings).
First think you are special then work towards proving it.

that much of riipping is not good for our ride for a long time. Short bursts are ok ok.

congrats buddy, welcome to the family . Do change ur Oil after 100-150 Kms. Vary the RPM smoothly, avoid heave ppillion riding and dont rip it beyond 50 as for now. Ur engine is new and it would get heated up a lot, dont worry about that, just change the engine oil after 100-150 Kms,that will ensure the even setting of internal parts of ur engine.
i guess u will be point of attraction in ur locality/city .
            Ride safe!!

+1^^^ Adding disk later will cost you nearly 10k to 15k and wont be that great as company's offer. Also riding with rear disk dont need any extra skills,Riding it for 2 or 3 days will teach him to adjust with disc.
Very good reply..I didn't knew installation of disc separately will cost so much...If this is so then u have actually convinced me to go for double disc...
I asked this query coz i was thinking to go for single disc hunk...by the way how is the bikes performance and comfortablity for long rides...mine will be atleast 50 kms per day...70% highway riding

so u still with Hunk ??
Hunk is a good option too, but after watching cbx-x with split seat, better digi console u wont able to stop urself from buying it. Test ride both the bikes. Both are good for long touring as well. Comfort has never been an issue with HH bikes . vibrations are minimum as compared to other bikes.

Never keep it at 100 for long time,Keep it varying between 50-100kmph which will be best for the engine.

                  @ all
my bike has done 5.2 K now. As per the manual, 3rd service is btwn 5-5.5k. The problem is, i ll get time to do it only next weekend. (22nd). By that time, odo will be reading well over 6K. My doubt is, will these stupid SVC guys deny the 'free' service coz am not on time..? I ve changed the oil @ 4K, so running a bit long isnt an issue..
Normally it wont be a problem,If you can, call the service manager or go to the svc and tell them that you will be busy and will give the bike for service next week,They wont deny your bikes warranty.

You mean Hunk? Hunks rear suspension is not that good and will cause back pain while riding long distances,I would say get the new CBZ.
